The property offers everything you need in a beach vacation rental at a great price! The 1st floor bedroom is great for the grandparents or anyone who can’t climb a lot of stairs. An 8-foot sliding door provides ample light into the room and access to a patio with a wicker table and chairs. The 2nd level living space has plenty of seating for the entire family to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. We even feature a 4-Season sunroom/porch off the living room, which provides a cozy space to hang out, relax and enjoy nature that resides in Cape Henlopen State Park. We're the only property in the neighborhood with this feature. Remember…What happens on the Porch, Stays on the Porch! On those chilly nights off season, enjoy the warmth and comfort of a gas fireplace. The dining area easily seats 8 and the breakfast bar and kitchen bistro provide cozy seating to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. A fully supplied kitchen provides everything you need for in-home entertaining. A Master suite, second bedroom and laundry are located on the third floor. The Master suite boasts a balcony with 2 Adirondack chairs and small table. The second bedroom is a great place for the kids! The room has a bunk bed (twin over full) and a futon that easily converts to a full-size bed. All three bedrooms have a TV (cable box in living room; Fire Stick in the bedrooms) and the second bedroom on the 3rd floor is equipped with a Wii gaming system for the kids while the adults are on the porch relaxing!

This end unit offers a great side yard where the kids can play catch or Frisbee. (Frisbees included!) Other amenities offered include wireless internet, cable TV and Netflix and best of all— luxury bed linens and towels are included too! All you need to pack are the beach towels. A full-size front load washer and dryer supplied with detergent and dryer sheets are also included. An ironing board with iron are also available for your use.

This end unit offers a little extra parking compared to other units and the walk-through access to the overflow parking area is within eyeshot of the house. Guests will have access to the clubhouse, community pool and the private entrance to the Wolfe Neck Junction and Breakwater Bike Trail. From the house you can turn right on the trail and ride about a mile or so into Rehoboth; turning left on the trail takes you into Lewes, about 4 to 5 miles away.

The townhouse is located close to everything: Whatever you want to do, be it the beach, shopping or golf, it’s all only minutes away!

You can tell the owners really care about this house. Clean and nicely decorated. Love the open floor plan - so even if someone is cooking they can still watch the TV in the living room. The convenience of having CVS so close is the best. We had a great time!

Immaculate beautiful home. From the time I walked in I felt comfortable and at home, the home is very very clean, fresh, updated and has anything you could possibly want to make your stay the best it could be. Convenient location to everything. We were ther for a long weekend beach wedding and would definitely use it again. Would make for a great girls getaway weekend.

Perfect place for a beach retreat

This property is excellent—great location, amenities, and hosts. Barbara and Caroline are extremely welcoming and their townhome is a real gem. One of the cleanest properties we have ever rented. The location has direct access to the Breakwater junction bike/run/walk path which provides traffic free exercise options and is great for both kids and adults. It is a very doable bike/walk to the beach or downtown area (approx 2 miles). Loved the access to shopping and activities close by.

Home Away From Home

Barbara and Caroline were warm and welcoming hosts who made our stay very comfortable. The house was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom, and especially the all season porch nestled in the woods. Our son loved the proximity of the skatepark just a short walk away and we enjoyed walking on the scenic trail located right behind the property. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful town house

Our stay at Barb and Caroline's TH was a delight! They thought of everything to make our stay as wonderful and as perfect as could be. The TH is in an ideal location, right off of Coastal Hiway and a very short drive to the beach. Biking trail is in easy access, also. Townhouse was spotless and very well stocked. In ending, we were so pleased that we have already booked for next summer. Continued success B & C......you deserve it!

Loved our stay!

Barb and Caroline are wonderful owners and thought of everything! The kitchen is very well equipped, super nice linens and bath towels as well as beach chairs are provided. We felt nothing was missing, such a carefree vacation! If you are looking for a spot to relax and let stress just melt away, the porch is the place to be! Spending time on the porch is like being in a tree house amongst the beautiful scenery of Cape Henlopen State Park! We also enjoyed many, many walks on the trail that is very easily accessible behind the home. We had a wonderful vacation and cannot wait to return to this beautiful home, thank you Barb and Caroline!!

Perfect!

Barb and Caroline were very welcoming, adding a birthday balloon to greet us upon our arrival! The house was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and spacious. The layout is perfect when traveling with extended family. We used the screened in porch every day! It backs up to the wooded area and felt very private. We loved the location. The house is close to the highway, but quiet. My family loves Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk, but we always hit Lewes Beach a couple of times as well. We hope to return!

Family vacation

The property was amazing. We loved sitting on the porch in the morning having coffee. Barb and Caroline made the whole process effortless. They were so helpful during the check in process telling us their favorite places to go. The pool was an added bonus.

The Perfect Family Getaway @ Frog's Retreat!

Wow! We hit the jackpot when we secured this rental after we had to cancel our European vacation this summer. Pandemic be damned! We were going to have our family vacation and found it in this beautiful 3BR, 3.5BA townhouse 2 miles from Rehoboth Beach and about 10 or so from Lewes beach (we visited both during our stay). The property is exactly as it's pictured! Our family of 5 arrived on 8/8/20 and Caroline & Barb were there to check us in despite being a little tardy due to traffic coming from NJ. The entire home is well cared for and extremely clean with loving beach details and beach chairs; a plus! The bed linens were freshly washed (ideal in these Covid times, and we saw the prior guest's linens in the dryer); and fresh new towels provided in all bathrooms (so you don't have to bring your own like we did...unless you want to). Caroline and Barb walked us through the home giving us a thorough overview of where things were located, what we had access to etc. which was very beneficial. There are laminated instructions on how to use the appliances, so no guessing necessary. The binder: OMG! It's a treasure trove of Rehoboth intel; very helpful. for first timers like ourselves. All necessary access codes were provided and clearly highlighted on the chalkboard. The welcome wine was a great bonus for oenophiles like my husband and I so we tucked right in and kicked off our vacay with a glass on the porch. Remember, What happens on the porch, stays on the porch! I checked off almost all of the porch rules except for napping or reading a book; I'm not a napper and I forgot my iPad at home...so no books to read on Kindle. :-( My favorite spot of the townhouse was the deck off the master suite that is home to a rocker and an Adirondack chair. I'm an early riser so every morning around 6:30am I would go out on the deck and have some quiet, personal time to just listen to the birds, watch squirrels climb the trees and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the outdoors before the rest of the family awakened. I highly recommend some "me" time on the deck. With 3 kids 11 and under, something is bound to go awry. Our kids accidentally broke the folding drying rack. We immediately informed Caroline and Barb, and we replaced it. They were very accommodating about this minor infraction. Frog's Retreat is a definite must stay in Rehoboth! Very nice and clean in a great, convenient location!

The nieghborhood it's in is very family friendly, with a nice small spool. It's convenient to everything in the Rehoboth area. There is easy access to the Breakwater Junction trail, which you can ride into Lewes or Rehoboth or Cape Henlopen park. The home itself is extremely well maintained, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. With a third floor deck, second floor sunroom and first floor patio, it's easy to enjoy the outdoors and it backs up to some woods that are part of the Cape Henlopen State Park. Beds and furniture are all comfortable, and the kitchen has mostly everything you need for basic cooking. There is a grill available, although we did not use it. We were hoping to be able to use the garage to store our bikes, but access isn't provided, but we were able to lock them up on the first floor patio where they stayed dry. There are two parking spaces, and you could probably get a third car in there if needed. Only real downside was that some kind of construction was going on at a nearby property with a crane that was running non-stop from 8am until 5 or 6pm everyday. The whining noise of the crane was pretty irritating if you were outside, but at least it didn't run all night, too. All the TVs have cable and at least one has Netflix, which came in handy when we had some rainy weather. Despite the crane noise (which hopefully is a temporary thing), I would definitely recommend this property. Very nice please, very nice and helpful owners, and it made for an enjoyable vacation!

Wonderful experience

This townhome (end unit) is incredibly quiet, clean, and comfortable. We were especially pleased by the kitchen, which is new and well stocked. We have previously rented in the Pines neighborhood--walkable to the beach--and thought we'd miss that convenience, but driving to beach was quite easy, and the Rehoboth Crossing complex is neat, friendly, and--again--quiet! Can walk to CVS and a few other places. Due to COVID, we did not use pool or gym, but in future years those would be a nice perk. Most importantly, the owners are exceptional: quite friendly, accommodating... they go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome (including a restaurant gift card!). Also: not having to lug sheets and bath towels on the trip was quite helpful. Would definitely return.

Great week near the beach

Given the pandemic, we were concerned about the cleanliness of a vacation home, but we were quickly put at ease by the owners who do their own cleaning and assured us that they would be thorough. The place was immaculate and comfortable. The town home is an end unit with just about anything you would need for the week (bring your own beach towels). The beds and other furniture are very comfortable. The only downside is that it is not really walkable to the beach -- a very short drive to Rehoboth beaches and about 20 minutes to quieter Lewes beaches. However, the location has a great plus in that there is a shaded walking trail right behind the property and is right near several restaurants. We also walked into Rehoboth for dinner (about 1.5 miles) a few times. We are planning for another week at the beach and have already inquired to see if we can rent this same home again.

Won’t stay anywhere else in Rehoboth Beach BUT HERE!

This is our second year in row staying here, we will never stay elsewhere in Rehoboth! It’s the perfect location to the beach as well as shopping and all kinds of eating! Barbara and Caroline so accommodating and truly are wonderful, honest people to rent from. It was 7 of us who went this year and slept comfortably just like last year when we came with 9. The rental was very clean as always, and it’s so nice they have everything you could ever think of that you would need (beach chairs, baby gates, wine etc.)

Beautiful house in great location

This house really was a home away from home. The owners (Barb and Caroline) were a delight to work with, and were very accommodating. The house is spacious and very well equipped.
