Great property for the price. Plenty of room, saw lots of bears. Balcony view is sort of blocked from 1 side because of pool but still were able to see bears everyday, Twice a day. I would deff stay at again if we go back to Gatlinburg in the future

There were eight of us and were so pleased with the accommodations. The condo was clean and was exactly as presented on the website. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed it after all the walking we did. The walk was easily doable, and we just had the best time! We will definitely visit again. The property was clean and comfortably slept all six of us. Downtown was only about a 10 minute walk or a short drive. Would definitely stay here again. Saw bears every day just off the balcony!

The entire stay was amazing. Very clean and easy access. Everyone one in my group had their own room and bathroom which was fantastic. We stayed right above the indoor pool which was very convenient. The walk to the strip was the best part it put is almost in the middle of every where we wanted to go. We even got to see a bear when we came back from the strip walking through the woods from the front door. Definitely would rent again for another mini vacation.

You could tell there had been water damage in a couple areas…. But that didn’t interfere with any we needed… it was clean, and well kept… the elevator wouldn’t work a few times, luckily we were on 2nd floor. The pool wasn’t used by us, it was small, but we had no time for swimming! Biggest complaint was the steep hill to walk from the street area up to the building…. !!! Verrrrry hard for all ages…… but a great room we had for all of us….! 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms each was outstanding!!! Nice livingroo Area and kitchen area was perfect for snacking…!

Overall, our stay was nice. We stayed at Gatlinburg Towers several years ago, so I have to be honest… it is not in as good of condition as it was then, which was disappointing. On a positive note: our host, Charles, was very responsive whenever we had a question.

Communication was great and rooms were as described. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. We had a slight issue with dirty sheets on the sofa bed. Charles offered to send his team to clean them. Overall we were happy and we would stay again.

Great place to stay for families! The room was very nice and clean and the kids enjoyed the pool, which was really nice to use between doing other activities in the area. Lots of other families with young kids staying there. This room was just one short set of stairs up from the entrance, or you can take the elevator. Very convenient. There are a couple of luggage carts for your stuff. We saw a family of bears almost every day we were there, right at the far end of the parking lot, which the kids loved. The tower is super close to the National Park entrance and a short walk into town. Also a short drive to Pigeon Forge. Would definitely stay here again. My two recommendations to the owner would be to add a row of hooks to the front hall for coats and bags, and add a couple shelves in the kitchen for storing food. Overall, a great stay!

The condo was perfect for our Gatlinburg weekend. Close enough to walk downtown, and big enough for three adults and two teenagers to have their space and not feel cramped. Three separate bathrooms with showers was such a nice treat - especially with four girls getting ready at the same time. We enjoyed the balcony, and watching the local family of bears wander around the property. Highly recommend. Oh, and it has an elevator, so no lugging coolers and suitcases up the stairs!
