Tranquility on the Beach, Fully Renovated, Stunning Beach and Gulf Views

This is no ordinary unit! This unit has been completely transformed. It's been stripped down to the studs, ceilings were raised, and the bedroom can be opened up to the rest of the unit to expand the living area if you prefer.

The expanded kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a tile back-splash, large pantry and extra tall cabinets with soft close hardware. The bathroom has been fully renovated with walk in shower and a shower panel with body jets and shower wand. The 534 sq foot unit also benefits from impact windows, modern 12 x 24 inch tile floors, shutters and free dedicated fiber optic WiFi and cable TV with on demand service.

The unit is located in Sunset House North, one of the lowest density buildings on the beach. It is located on the second floor and faces West offering stunning views of the Gulf and spectacular sunset. It is an end unit and benefits from having an extra window on the side in addition to the two other windows and door to the balcony flooding the unit with natural light.

The unit has a dedicated covered parking space. The complex is well managed and maintained with an over-sized pool and tropical landscaping. There is an inviting social room, BBQ area and of course there is direct private beach access.

This unit has proven so popular that another unit has been fashioned in a very similar style. So, if your dates are not available, please ask about alternative units.

Please Note: inquire about pricing and availability before booking dates for stays less than 30 days and if dates straddle more than one calendar month. January stays typically start on January 2nd. February is only available with a January booking. A February + March booking is only available with a January booking or a February + March + April booking. The condo association charges a separate $153+ rental fee that is not included in the listed price.

Great location, community, service and BEACH!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Sunset House very much. The space is well decorated, with great amenities and most of all… what a VIEW! Most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever see. The Sunset House community is friendly and charming, pool is great, beach is of course even better, and Deborah’s service is speedy and top notch. We’d go back and rent again through Deborah in a heartbeat!

305 unit - sunset condo- Marco Island

For the most we enjoyed our stay. We thought it was pricey but everything on Marco is. Unit could use a good housecleaning crew to really do a better job. It is a nice unit but needs TLC. Too much clutter of kitchen utensils, etc. need to be discarded. Un-organized storage in storage cupboard. (Useless, needs to be discarded). Bring your own pillows. A/C is VERY noisy. Walkout is very small but view of Gulf & sunsets is beautiful. Condo bldg. management is excellent. Pool is very clean & all chairs, tables, umbrellas are like new. Grounds are well maintained. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

Marco plus and minus

When we first arrived there was no one at the building to assist us and I had no number for the manager. Luckily a resident at the building was able to contact the manager for us. The weather was spectacular. I loved walking in the beach but the shoreline was a good quarter of a mile away from the condo. The condo was nice but the balcony was pint-size.

Loved It!!!!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this stunning new unit. The views were incredible and we enjoyed easy access to the beach for our morning walks. We also enjoyed the large pool and had no difficulty in getting chairs. The unit itself was by far the best we have stayed at in our four trips to Marco Island. We have paid more and we have paid less, and we can easily say this unit offered the best value for money. Rooms were flooded with sunlight. Everything was fresh and new and completed to a high standard. The pictures accurately portrayed the unit. We found the bed extremely comfortable and loved waking up to views of the Gulf. The shower pressure was good and the extra shower jets/ features were fun to try. The building was friendly and was in easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We visit every other year and will definitely be back! We highly recommend the unit.

Loved it. Would definitely come back.

We were very pleased and comfortable in this newly remodeled efficiency unit. The colors and furnishings were very contemporary and the view of the beach was beautiful. The sunsets were awesome. We loved the way the sleeping area could be closed off for privacy and the murphy bed could be raised for more space. The other tenants in this building were very friendly and the pool area and beach access were wonderful. We are looking forward to the next time we can stay.
