Driving distance to UC Irvine. Single family residence located in Monarch Beach, Dana Point, CA. 5 minute drive to Laguna Beach. 5 minute drive to world famous beaches, restaurants, golf, and tennis. Close to Ritz Carlton, Montage Laguna Beach, Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach, and Laguna Beach Surf and Sand resort. Guest home is located in a private residence and is a guest studio with a private entrance on the premises. Guest house is located on the premises of a private residence.
