Beautiful little apartment duplex. Light colors and style feel very Scandinavian. Bathroom is very small. Accessible for mildly handicapped but not wheelchair friendly. Backyard is wonderful. We really liked the location too. Capo Beach but so close to Dana Point. If traveling with large family you could book both apartments of the duplex. Very well decorated.

Great little beach cottage

Nice Place for Four

The neighborhood is safe and quiet and good for taking walks. To get to the beach, you do need to drive, however. The kitchen is very nice and the beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable. The fold-out sofa bed is impossible, so only four people can stay here comfortably.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Cute, Comfortable house in great location

This was the best VRBO we have stayed at and we would recommend it to anyone. Great location and the house was SUPER clean and had a homey feel to it. Great location to surf spots, restaurants, beaches, etc. Owners maintained great communication from booking through departure.

Family VacaStay

We live very close by and when we had our daughters HS graduation party - we need it more room for family to stay and this was the perfect location for everything - as they did everything from Disneyland to Los Angeles :)

Great place great neighborhood great times

The property was perfectly located and easy to access. We stayed with our 9 month and 16 year old daughters. Plenty of space and very clean.

We are your hosts, Miriam & Bryan. Our most enjoyable trips have been in vacation homes. We like the ability to cook our own meals, plus it makes traveling more affordable so we can spend money sight seeing and doing other stuff we enjoy. However the one thing we found lacking in many vacation homes was the sense of style and luxury we enjoyed at the nicer hotels and resorts. For this reason we wanted to offer something that combined the best of both worlds. We started the first Capistrano Beach Cottage in 2015. After realizing how much we enjoyed creating memorable vacation experiences for travelers we decided to do it all over again with the second Capistrano Beach Cottage. We created both beach cottages with a 5-star resort in mind. We wanted the decor to be crisp and clean, the linens to be of the same caliber as a luxury hotel, and the patio to feel a zen and tropical vacation club. We truly hope our beach cottage sets the atmosphere of your own private resort. We want our guests to create lasting memories of their California vacation in our home :)
