急な階段は、幼児や高齢者にとって困難な場合があることに注意してください。 2階の最上部には、ツインベッドを備えたオープンランディングがあります。 このフロアには他にも2つのベッドルームがあります。 ベッドルーム＃2には新しいキングベッドがあり、ベッドルーム＃3にはツインが2つあります。

Quintessential Cape House

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It has a great front porch and nice deck in the back. There is a large yard. Good outdoor shower. The house is generally updated yet maintains Cape Cod charm. The proximity to town is excellent. It is walkable to the beach however with young kids, we decided to purchase parking passes and drive our gear down. We vacation in Harwich Port every year and plan to return to the house next season.

great location

We have stayed in Harwichport before and this was a great place to be able to walk to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Comfortably fit us all and AC was nice to have since it was a hot week. Cons would be no towels and you can't bring your dog. Otherwise I would definitely rent again.

House was very disappointing

Working with NEVR was great! They are very communicative and their info was helpful. The location was good. The outside deck was nice. The A/C units were terrific! The house itself was disappointing however. It’s an extremely old house……The living quarters in general downstairs were very tight. The upstairs bedrooms were nice but the stairway was treacherous with maximum 6” treads! Most rooms did not have closets but had clothing racks instead.. The downstairs bathroom shower was almost too small to comfortably use. The living room furnishings were old and dingy. Many the furnishings weren’t well kept nor clean. Lots of cobwebs.!. The kitchen was the most disappointing as it was not well enough equipped. We woujj on d not recommend this house for rental.

The perfect wedding weekend

This was the best rental we have ever stayed in! Great location, clean, filled with ammenities, really cannot say enough good things. Outdoor shower was a huge hit! Awesome yard to grill and play games.

What a great place. Soooo easy.

Everything you need is right around the corner: snacks, pizza, sushi, gift shopping, beach, drinks, gas… all tucked away in a quaint, quiet neighborhood.

Perfect House

This house is great for families. The location is perfect being about a half mile from the beach and even shorter distance from town. The screened in front porch and open back porch provide great gathering areas.

Best place to stay in Harwichport!

This was the 2nd. yr. in a row our family has rented this cottage & plan to do so next yr. The cottage meets all our needs which can be a challenge as my 89 yr. old mother is confined to a wheelchair. I cant say enough about how spotless we always find it & love the renovations they've done. The location is great too!

Lovely property

We loved the house, it’s 15 minutes walking distance to the beach, 2 minutes walking distance to Down town. The house was clean und updated, washer and dryer was very helpful. We loved to spend time outside on the back yard, but extra light outside will be helpful , and extra refrigerator in garage was very helpful.

38 Pleasant St. Harwichport

The house was older than I expected, but was adequate, in a great location, and very affordable. The shower, however, was extremely small. I am a small person (5’ 1”) but a taller or bigger person may not be able to fit. I do not recall a photo of the bathroom when we booked, but would recommend future renters are aware of its tiny size. It would also have been nice to have a laundry and dishwasher, but we knew the house did not have those going in.

Awesome vacations

Very well situated, the house is large and beautiful. Maybe a dishwasher or a washer (and a dryer) would be a nice addition to the house. We will come bach to Harwich Port for sure.

Just what we wanted

Love the house. Old school new england charm Like we always rembered. Very quiet neighborhood. Stairs alittle steep but that was ok.. close to beach. Very clean. Thank you!!

Loved the porch!

We had a great time! We had an issue with a bad plug for one of the cable boxes but it was fixed on Monday. I also discovered too late that the oven did not work. I had a cake all mixed up to bake but the oven would not turn on. Unfortunately, this happened at 5:05 pm and NE Vacation Rental office had closed at 5:00. I did get a return call and was told someone would be out to fix the oven the next morning but they had to get an appliance repairman and it didn't get fixed till the day after that. But overall we had a wonderful family time! The screened porch was perfect to sit out at night! The cottage had plenty of space!
