Regarding the hot tub, we sincerely apologize that it was not operational during your visit. Unfortunately, it was damaged by a previous guest just prior to your arrival, and while we arranged for repairs as quickly as possible, the required part did not arrive in time. We completely understand the disappointment, especially when it’s something you were looking forward to using. As for the toilet paper, we always provide a starter supply for each reservation. However, if it runs low during your stay, we’re more than happy to arrange additional delivery — guests are welcome to message us anytime so we can assist promptly. We truly appreciate your stay and your understanding. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future with everything fully up and running!
