nice stay in convenient location

the house is conveniently located 10-15' from most places in downtown austin and the host was very reachable throughout the stay as needed. we had a very nice time and would stay there again.

Perfect bachelorette spot!

I hosted my sister’s bachelorette here and this place was the perfect spot! It’s super clean, spacious, and the backyard is awesome. Plus the property host was very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!

BEST HOUSE! Amazing location, host, pool and views!

I just had my bachelorette at this house and it was the BEST weekend ever! David was very responsive, the property was BEAUTIFUL and the house was perfect for my 11 girlfriends! Plenty of spaces to sleep, beautiful outdoor space and roofdeck, great patio for dinners, and very modern kitchen! I wouldn't change a thing! Look no further and book this amazing house! Very close drive to South Congress Area:)

I would absolutely stay here again

I recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-night family trip in October 2024 at this wonderful property. It was exactly as described in the listing, if not better! The beds were comfortable, and the house was spacious with a perfect layout for our group of eight adults. We loved relaxing in the backyard, which was ideal for unwinding by the pool and hot tub. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to get into the city. Our host, David, was excellent with communication, promptly answering any questions and clearly outlining his expectations. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Excellent Location w/ a Private Backyard

This home provided close proximity to downtown Austin yet had a very private backyard because it had a greenbelt right behind it that included Bouldin Creek. The pool was heated so it was nice. Lots and lots of interior space and a wonderful 3rd floor deck that overlooked the backyard, as well. One downside was that the fridge did not have an automatic water dispenser, so be sure to bring your own water bottles. I would highly recommend this location if you've got a large family and are looking for space privacy.

Brothers getaway (40th celebration)

House was great for my brothers and my getaway to celebrate my youngest brothers 40th! The house was in a quiet neighborhood (cul-de-sac) & good spot that was within 10-15 drive of city & all cool areas. It was a big house & property, so we all had our own bedroom & full bath, which was great since we're all 40+, and also had a nice hot tub & pool (didn't use the pool since was Feb. but had cool lights we turned on while in the hot tub). The host was also helpful, before we arrived they gave us fun ideas of things to do while we were visiting the cool/fun city of Austin! The house also had a nice workout room & shuffleboard table, both of which we had hoped to use, but spent so much time walking the city, capitol & UT campus, as well as used the hot tub every night, we never had a chance. Lastly, we did have an issue with the AC the 1st day, but once we messaged the host around midnight the 1st day, paid an expedite fee to a company to come out 1st thing the next day to fix it & rectified the issue. We had a blast in Austin!

Spacious getaway - Bachelor/Bachelorette paradise!

Our long weekend at this VRBO in Austin couldn't have been better! David's level of communication was exceptional, going above and beyond to keep us informed. He answered the many, many questions I had before booking and was easily accessible throughout the entire process. We were blown away by the sheer size of the house. There was more than enough room for our group of 10 to spread out and relax comfortably, inside or outside. The bathrooms are spacious and well-lit, adding a touch of luxury. Anyone on a girl's trip knows how important lighting and mirror space is, and there is plenty! The AC works quickly, and the house is so quiet you don't have to worry about hearing other people in the house moving about. There were also more than enough bath towels, beach towels, plates, mugs, a nutribullet, and a Keurig. One of the standout features was the generously sized pantry, which made storing all our groceries easy and out of sight. The neighborhood felt incredibly safe and quiet. It was easy to get Ubers to and from, and a short drive to anywhere in central Austin. Also a short walk to a couple great coffee spots! Overall, this VRBO provided everything we needed for a memorable weekend. If you're looking for a spacious and well-equipped space with great perks and the freedom to enjoy your stay to the fullest, this is definitely the place to book. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it to others :) Thank you for a wonderful stay, David!
