This newly remodeled four bedroom end unit is the perfect Tahoe getaway! Brand new decking, steel railings up the stairway, stunning kitchen and bathrooms, and beautiful linens throughout make this home a perfect summer oasis and cozy winter cabin all in one. The decks with a peak of the lake make for a perfect spot to have morning coffee or an outdoor BBQ – or if you’re enjoying a snow storm from the living room, the gas insert fireplace makes cozying up a breeze after a day on the mountain!
The Space:
Unit 5 is a four bedroom Forestview three bath home – three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the entry level, leading up to the master bedroom and bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room upstairs.
Guest Access:
Chinquapin is about 3 miles to Tahoe City (5 minute drive) and parking for the unit is right in front!
The Neighborhood:
Chinquapin is a private, gated community consisting of 95-wooded acres along a mile of Lake Tahoe’s pristine shoreline. Secluded coves, sandy beaches, towering evergreens, and natural wildflowers reflect in the crystal clarity of Lake Tahoe, creating one of nature’s most awe-inspiring sights. Chinquapin's amenities include saunas, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, a mile-long lakefront path, two piers, and more.
Getting Around:
Chinquapin is about a five minute drive to Tahoe City (three miles), and 10-15 minutes away from Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Northstar ski areas.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that some features and amenities may be unavailable in the winter due to snow—including but not limited to BBQs, outdoor furniture, and patios. Additionally, Chinquapin amenities are not guaranteed and may be unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All guests will be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement upon booking confirmation.
