With multiple windows throughout the space, you can enjoy the sunlight from the comfort of your home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine.

The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a rain shower, a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The studio has been professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

The island is popular with tourists and locals, offering various activities, including water sports, dining experiences, and high-end shopping destinations such as Nakheel Mall. Visitors can also explore the island's many attractions, including the Aquaventure Waterpark, the Lost Chambers Aquarium, and the Palm Jumeirah Boardwalk, which offers stunning views of the Dubai skyline. Overall, Palm Jumeirah is a must-visit destination for anyone looking to experience luxury and glamour.

Around Palm Jumeirah, you can explore the city by taking the Palm Jumeirah Monorail with quicker access from Nakheel Mall. It will take you around Palm and a view of Atlantis. From Nakheel Mall, you can also enjoy the Palm at the top, where you will be amazed by the whole Palm Jumeirah View.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Atlantis is 5 minutes away by Tram from Nakheel Mall.
Downtown Dubai and DXB Airport are 25 minutes by car.
Burj Al Arab is 13 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 21 minutes away by car.
Dubai Marina is 12 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
