We appreciate you mentioning the parking garage height. To help future guests better prepare, we’ve updated our listing to clearly note the 6 ft 9 in clearance. SUVs with roof racks or taller vehicles may have difficulty fitting, so your feedback was very helpful. We also want to sincerely apologize for the issue with the sheets. This was not up to our usual cleaning standard, and we regret the oversight by our cleaning team. We're glad it was addressed quickly, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Providing a clean and comfortable condo is something we take pride in, and we're happy we could make it right before the end of the day.
