Loved the stay here, the view was amazing each morning and night. Perfect for a family of 7. All had our own space and bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful beach house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came with another family. A total of 7 of us. It was such a great experience and plenty of room. The kids had a blast being able to use any pool and the Waterslide’s. Great restaurant on site and the beach was so nice in this area. We’d come back again for sure. Views were amazing and the place was very relaxing. Only suggestion is needing more toiletries than they gave and darker curtains in the rooms but they were very nice.

Beautiful Penthouse

We had a great stay at the Penthouse. Love the condo and surrounding property. Views of the beach and sunrise were amazing. A keypad code and lockbox for the keys at the condo would be a small improvements Highly recommend!

RECENT FAMILY VACATION STAY

WONDERFUL OCEANFRONT VIEW IN OUR PENTHOUSE, WHICH WE FELT VERY SAFE AND COMFORTABLE IN DURING OUR STAY. CHILDREN HAD A BLAST AT THE WATERSLIDES & POOLS! SAND POOL WAS A HIT WITH THE LITTLE ONES! GREAT ACCESS TO TONS OF RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING! ALREADY MAKING PLANS FOR NEXT YEAR!

GOOD Family vacation

Wish the beds were more comfortable and the sheet need to be replaced. They were stiff and felt like paper. We had no WiFi for 24 hours, having 3 boys and wanting to watch tv, was quite dissatisfied. They need to get leak fixed under dishwasher.

The most boy issue we had was with the key box upon arrival - but it was quickly resolved by the management staff. Everything was perfect! The view was unbeatable! Entire property and amenities were spotless. Hope to stay again on our next trip!

Best balcony in Myrtle Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in 1712. We had my husband and myself, my daughter and her fiancé and my other daughter and her friend. Pros: Everyone had their own room and bathroom and the 2 entrances was great! The balcony was perfect! Best balcony ever! You have a view of the beach and ocean and also a sunset view. It is huge and wraps around the room.The upstairs also had their own balcony. Perfection. The kitchen was decently stocked and the couch was super comfy. The building is very quiet and peaceful. There’s plenty of parking. Cons: The room was NOT super clean. There were lamps on our bedside table that had a thick layer of dust. The bathrooms were cleanish. Overall the cleaning crew could be more thorough. The sheets were AWFUL! They were so stiff and thick and not in a good way! Worst part of the whole room. We had zero internet the whole week. The property manager was quick to respond to texts but the resolution of the problem never happened. The closet door in one of the rooms was broken and super hard to open and close. We did see a palmetto bug in one of the bathroom sinks on the last day. I hate those things! I’m glad he waited till checkout day to make his appearance.
