Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Joe and Debra's home in Wellfleet was a much needed, restful and healing week. We were greeted by a handwritten note and bottle of wine, -a lovely personal touch. The house is clean, comfortable, well designed, and equipped with everything you need for a beach stay... chairs, umbrellas, toys and floats for the kids. The kitchen was very enjoyable to prepare meals in, and we enjoyed returning to the house each day after a day at the beach, the bay, the ponds, or a trip out to the Province Lands. Loved taking a quick outdoor shower and then relaxing on the deck or screened porch. The AC throughout the house made warm days and evenings very comfortable. One of the best features of this rental is its proximity to Indian Neck Beach. When the wind and surf was just too rough at the ocean beaches, we took a quick and beautiful bike ride over to Indian Neck to enjoy the calm, warm waters of the bay, and the sunsets were incredible. After many years of renting on the cape, I think this was our favorite stay yet, and will likely try to rent here again next year. Thank you, Joe and Debra, for a memorable family vacation that we all needed so much.

Spacious & Peaceful

We love Wellfleet and loved our stay! There were five adults and one 3-year old child and there was more than enough room for everyone. My nephew loved the vacation house and couldn't stop talking about it, from the functional kitchen to the serene outdoor deck and the screened-in "clubhouse". I could sit on the outdoor deck all day long and watch the birds, it was so peaceful. The location was great as well, minutes to downtown Wellfleet, Mac's on the Pier & great ocean-side beaches. We went to Head of the Meadow beach almost everyday. Highly recommend!

We very much appreciated the beach chairs, games and many books. We had our children and grandkids. The porch and cabana made it very easy. House shows ping pong table but was not available or present thus should be removed from photos as that was a disappointment for us findingIt missing. All else was truly splendid and the WiFi is robust enough for remote work which was a bonus for my demanding job. Get the Wellfleet beach/parking pass- best deal on the Cape and convenience andDiversity of beaches and ponds really a plus.

Awesome House! Central location!

We walked to the Indian Neck Beaches, biked into town, drove to the National Seashore beaches! Young adult kids loved Provincetown. House was very comfortable, well supplied with beach gear, games, books, kitchen items. Outside space was outstanding - loved the deck & tea house!!
