Very nice and clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. One block from the beach was convenient. Audrey was very helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. Would stay here again.

I love how close it was to the beach. The home itself was very pretty and stylish. Definitely had some good rest while staying in. The property was well maintained.

Cute place, beds comfy, good location, host was great, definitely would stay again. Could use more kitchen towels only 1, besides that supplies and cooling items were good.

The villa was extremely clean and well equipped. There were only a few minor issues with the place (screen door and side gate). I notified the host and she said she’d get them fixed right away. Our stay was very comfortable. The bed we used could stand to be replaced but no biggie there since we were only there a few nights. Great communication with host.

A fabulous location! An exemplary stay! Clean and welcoming. An older duplex but the updated decor, private access for backyard, front porch and cleanliness makes this a great stay. Only 1 block from beach! Thank you Aubrey for calling and talking with us. Will definitely stay again at this location.

Comfy Cozy Cottage by the Beach

We were here mostly for appts at the Mayo Clinic, which was very easy to get to about 15 min away. It was great cause the beach was right down the street from this rental and it is very convenient. Shops, restaurants close by as well. Very comfortable stay from check in to check out. Easy communication, had everything we needed and we felt at home. Highly recommend this place you won't be disappointed.

Great stay

Loved the house. It was great being within walking distance to the beach, especially with young kids. The only drawback was the road construction in the neighborhood. Hopefully it will be concluded when we go back next year. Will certainly rent this property again.

Great location. Great little cottage. This was a very last minute booking. I didn’t realize it was a duplex. It was a tad loud next door but no big deal. I was in and out the whole time. Walked to the beach across the street. It’s an older place but nicely renovated. The complaint I have is that the bathroom light was in the wrong place and I had to get ready in the hallway. A different morgue with light in the bathroom would fix that. Otherwise it was a great stay. Thank you!
