This lakefront beauty is located just minutes away from Big Water and Dreher Island. The nearby city of Newberry offers a variety of dining and shopping options, while the Columbia Zoo makes for a fun day trip. For those who love the outdoors, the Peak to Prosperity Passage and Palmetto Trail are also nearby. And if you're in the mood for some local libations, there are wineries and breweries in nearby towns. Restaurants are located right on the lake, so you won't have to go far to find a delicious meal.

Upon entering this charming and well-appointed home away from home, you are greeted by a spacious open floor plan. Discover a welcoming living room where you can spread out comfortably after an entertaining day at the lake - curl up on any of the sofas available and watch a fun movie using the DVD player, or break out any of the provided board games. When mealtime comes, prepare exquisite homemade meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the major appliances needed. The living area seamlessly opens onto a screened porch overlooking the lake where you can dine with a view and store your water toys. Attached to the screened porch is an uncovered deck facing the lake with a gas grill. Both areas are perfect for taking in the beautiful nature with sightings of birds, deer, cranes, and herons. Additional perks include a laundry room with a washer/dryer, central AC, and a main suite with a TV and an en suite bathroom.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a door bell camera and a driveway camera, neither can see any area of the interior of the home. They view the front yard and driveway area only. No sound.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
