Large five bedroom, professionally decorated maritime forest home. Home features a gourmet kitchen, reverse floor plan, large open Living room/kitchen/dining room. Fireplace. Sun room. Wrap around covered porches and open porches to soak up the sun! Close to Maritime market, Spa, Shops and South Beach. It's a perfect beach house, close to all the amenities.

Beds are as follows:

King in Master Bedroom on 3rd floor.
King in 2nd Master Bedroom, 2nd floor.
Two Twins in 3rd Bedroom, 2nd floor.
Bunk bed with Full on bottom, twin on top and twin trundle (sleeps 4 total), 4th bedroom, 2nd floor.
Queen in 5th Bedroom, 1st floor.

This home has a BHI Social Membership (no golf access) available but not included
Shoals Club is available paid to the Shoals Club directly.

This home offers a 6 passenger and a 4 passenger golf cart.

This house is available daily during the off season with a 3 night minimum.
We do not maintain or advertise bicycles at the home, you may rent bikes at Riverside Adventure or Coastal Urge on the Island.

A BHI Club Membership is available and a Shoals Club is available.

3 Day Stay stays off season are available, please inquire for details and rates.

Taxes are not included, and are an additional 12.75%
