Enjoy close access to fun, food, and nightlife while staying in a quiet, comfortable home with a king size master bed, newly renovated bathroom, queen sized pullout sofa sleeper, two flat screen TV's, Roku, and updated kitchen with coffee maker. We also provide several beach accessories, including umbrella and 2 beach chairs. Parking spot (compact) available.

Great place. Location was excellent. A large pickup prevented us from parking in our designated spot but got lucky and found a spot on the street. Aside from the very tight parking situation, this place was a home run. I would stay here again.

Awesome place!

Really enjoyed the property on our visit to mission beach. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect for us! Location is AMAZING! Krystle is a fantastic host - from booking to check in. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Needs functional air before booking again

The unit did not have ceiling fans or a working AC, they provided two poorly working tower fans. Morning and evenings were fine but midday was really uncomfortable in there, opening windows did not help cool the unit down. No clear indication of what trash cans outside the building belong to this building, owner claimed a dumpster across the street is what they use but it’s locked and looks more like it belongs to another vacation rental property. Also the whole unit as a whole needs to have a hose outside to wash sand off of feet. The location is literally between two beaches, owner requests not to use bathtub to rinse sand off but offers no other means to clean feet off of sand. Fine location and clean unit, the AC issue needs to be resolved but the rest are small things.

We appreciate your stay with us and very clearly communicate that our unit does not have ac, as most near the beach do not. There is a hose provided downstairs for the 6 units to use as well. We always appreciate feedback as we want to provide the best for our guests during their visit to SD.
