A classic remodeled Modified A-Frame home in the quiet Agate Bay community of Carnelian Bay. Centrally located in North Lake Tahoe, minutes away from the Lake, Trails, Beaches, Ski Resorts, and Restaurants. Brand new Hot Tub and Sony Playstation.

Walk up to a beautiful front yard surrounded by large pine trees. Make your way up the path and you will pass a new hot tub from the lower deck. Enter the main floor and be drawn to the open living room and remodeled kitchen. The original wood burning fireplace in the living room sets a peaceful mood. Open the sliding doors to a large wrap around deck with a Weber grill, sectional seating, and an outdoor table for dinning. Stepping back in the home over to the family room is another sectional that looks out through the large picturesque window with views of the forested conservation land at the back of the home. A private bedroom with a King Sleep Number bed, full bathroom, and a washer/ dryer completes the main floor.

Upstairs is the master suite, with exposed ceiling trusses, a King Beautyrest black mattress, a small sofa to enjoy the electric fireplace on those cold nights and a remodeled en suite half bathroom. There is also a height adjustable standing desk that looks out towards a peekaboo view of Lake Tahoe. Walking in the hallway there is another remodeled bathroom, with a full shower. The last room is perfect for kids or adults, equipped with a bunkbed, a twin daybed, a queen bed and a 55” tv.

The home features up to 500 Mbps internet speed, a nest thermostat, a security system and outdoor cameras for your peace of mind and security. There are 3 smart TVs in the home, so bring your favorite Netflix, Hulu, HBO, ESPN etc logins and passwords.

Guests have access to the entire property except for the owner’s closet and the shed.

*July - August; We have portable Air Conditioning units in the 2 bedrooms upstairs. There are also fans available in each bedroom closet.

*Parking: There is a parking pad on the property for 2 vehicles to park. You can park on the street during the Summer and Fall when there is no snow on the ground.

*The path to the home from the parking pad, while beautiful is not well suited for those with limited mobility. The path includes two flights of stairs and a gravel walkway. We strongly recommend guest wear the appropriate footwear when on the property.

*This property does NOT allow pets and does NOT allow smoking. Any violations of either will result in a $250/day charge.

Many insurance companies will be helpful in case of weather, fire, pandemics or other circumstances which would cause you to cancel your trip. We only refund if it is necessary for us to close our home due to unexpected circumstances. When you sign our Vrbo contract, you acknowledge you have a strict cancellation policy.
