• Parking: 3 cars allowed. There is room for parking one car in the garage. There is additional parking for one or maybe 2 cars in the driveway depending on the size of the cars;

• Maximum 2 pets allowed; $85/pet fee must be paid before check-in;
• Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
• Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
• Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM per Town of Truckee regulations;
• Full Terms and Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation;
• Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
• Agreement must be signed by Occupants aged 25 or older.
• Exterior security cameras on property.
