Esta unidad de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños está justo en la playa y cuenta con dos terrazas privadas con espectaculares vistas al océano. Estás a solo unos pasos del océano y a un corto paseo de las tiendas, restaurantes y atracciones de entretenimiento de Jaco Beach. La cocina totalmente equipada cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y elegantes gabinetes de madera. The host was very accomodating as we enjoyed it so much we extended our stay.The Condo was clean and comfortable. Excellent location, corner unit on the ground floor just steps to the pool and beach.We are looking forward to scheduling another trip and we plan to stay in this unit again.

Great location

The property itself is very nice, good layout, our condo was first building with great access to pool and beach. The pool was beautiful with plenty of lounge chairs and the water temperature was always perfect! We met so many friendly wonderful people it was a great stay!

Great location

Great location, just steps from the beach and close to everything in Jaco.With that said, I would have rather there were one large bed in the second bedroom instead of the small twin beds.

The apartment is right on the beach. Restaurants are close by as well as the grocery store. Walk out to the pool.

Paradise condo

This property had a wonderful location,beautiful views . The other condo owners yreated us like family right from the start. The pool was beautiful. The little town has so many wonderful restaurants. Would love to go back.

Absolutely Amazing

We had an amazing stay! It was extremely clean from the unit its self as well as the pool. The staff and guards where amazing and extremely helpful. Its location is perfect with a beautiful beach across the street and its in walking distance to servel restaurants as well as night life. Overall a perfect vaction !!

Location was fabulous! On beach and quick walk to town. Perfect. Pool was beautiful and large. Only ‘hiccup’ was the shower head probably needed cleaning out because very little water came from the shower head off entry. Patio furniture was peeling and rusty.

Jaco Beach

I had made several changes and in the end could not travel due to health reasons. The host allowed my son to stay and was gracious and understanding with the changes. My son and his family absolutely loved the property and made friends with the staff. I can not say enough good things 10/10.

Jaco beach vaca.

The location was 2nd to none, the views amazing, pool was great, area very safe. The unit it’s self is a bit tired. Not many supplies, garbage bags, dish clothes, cleaning products, toilet paper etc. I would definitely recommend to a friend and also I would go back. Jaco is an awesome place.

Great beach location.

The property manager provided clear directions. Any questions were answered immediately. They helped arrange reliable transportation. The property was beautiful. Great sunsets! The pool is large and crystal clear. The property is well maintained. The beach was fantastic. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. We felt very secure. The security person met us at the gate every day . Everyone was super friendly.

Absolutely perfect location! Amazing sunsets; right on the beach

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was spacious and comfortable. We watched the sunset almost every night from the patio just because the view was heaven. The pool was big. The beach was literally across the street. The staff were friendly. It was not too far to walk to the main drag of Jaco. It was great. Dogs came out and frolicked in the waves in the mornings. We couldn’t have asked for more

The only issue We had with our stay at this location was the Non-Disclosure of unannounced Guest limited visits from 10:00PM to 5:00AM. This restriction should be noted in the VRBO listing for future bookings.

Our management office informed me that a coffee maker was broken during your stay, and they sent a picture confirming this. The replacement cost is $85, and I would appreciate your reimbursement. Additionally, a few towels appear to be missing from the unit. No charge to relace the towels. I understand there may have been some misunderstandings regarding the guest policies, particularly related to additional visitors from nightclubs. While I strive to communicate all policies clearly, I want to ensure each guest feels informed and comfortable. These guidelines are designed to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Great Location just as advertised

We stayed at this property over Christmas of 2023. It is located on the beach and has a great pool just outside of the Condo. We loved getting up in the morning to walk on the beach; it was walking in paradise. There are great restaurants and coffee within walking distance. The only minor issue is during the holiday some folks like to play loud music while parked on the beach in front of the condo. But I must admit everyone was very friendly and accommodating about any loud music. We plan to return.

Beautiful Beachfront

The property was right on the beach with spectacular views. We could sit on the patio and watch amazing sunsets, people surfing and tropical birds. The condo was clean and had everything you needed. The pool was just steps from the door. The security was top notch and every guard was friendly and welcoming. The property manager can help you with tours and anything else you might need. I would come back again in a heartbeat. The owner is easy to contact and helpful if you have any questions or concerns.
