Paradise condo

This property had a wonderful location,beautiful views . The other condo owners yreated us like family right from the start. The pool was beautiful. The little town has so many wonderful restaurants. Would love to go back.

The apartment is right on the beach. Restaurants are close by as well as the grocery store. Walk out to the pool.

Great location

Great location, just steps from the beach and close to everything in Jaco.With that said, I would have rather there were one large bed in the second bedroom instead of the small twin beds.

Absolutely Amazing

We had an amazing stay! It was extremely clean from the unit its self as well as the pool. The staff and guards where amazing and extremely helpful. Its location is perfect with a beautiful beach across the street and its in walking distance to servel restaurants as well as night life. Overall a perfect vaction !!

Great location

The property itself is very nice, good layout, our condo was first building with great access to pool and beach. The pool was beautiful with plenty of lounge chairs and the water temperature was always perfect! We met so many friendly wonderful people it was a great stay!

Great beach location.

The property manager provided clear directions. Any questions were answered immediately. They helped arrange reliable transportation. The property was beautiful. Great sunsets! The pool is large and crystal clear. The property is well maintained. The beach was fantastic. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. We felt very secure. The security person met us at the gate every day . Everyone was super friendly.

Jaco Beach

I had made several changes and in the end could not travel due to health reasons. The host allowed my son to stay and was gracious and understanding with the changes. My son and his family absolutely loved the property and made friends with the staff. I can not say enough good things 10/10.

Location was fabulous! On beach and quick walk to town. Perfect. Pool was beautiful and large. Only ‘hiccup’ was the shower head probably needed cleaning out because very little water came from the shower head off entry. Patio furniture was peeling and rusty.

Jaco beach vaca.

The location was 2nd to none, the views amazing, pool was great, area very safe. The unit it’s self is a bit tired. Not many supplies, garbage bags, dish clothes, cleaning products, toilet paper etc. I would definitely recommend to a friend and also I would go back. Jaco is an awesome place.

Great Location just as advertised

We stayed at this property over Christmas of 2023. It is located on the beach and has a great pool just outside of the Condo. We loved getting up in the morning to walk on the beach; it was walking in paradise. There are great restaurants and coffee within walking distance. The only minor issue is during the holiday some folks like to play loud music while parked on the beach in front of the condo. But I must admit everyone was very friendly and accommodating about any loud music. We plan to return.

Absolutely perfect location! Amazing sunsets; right on the beach

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was spacious and comfortable. We watched the sunset almost every night from the patio just because the view was heaven. The pool was big. The beach was literally across the street. The staff were friendly. It was not too far to walk to the main drag of Jaco. It was great. Dogs came out and frolicked in the waves in the mornings. We couldn’t have asked for more

Beautiful Beachfront

The property was right on the beach with spectacular views. We could sit on the patio and watch amazing sunsets, people surfing and tropical birds. The condo was clean and had everything you needed. The pool was just steps from the door. The security was top notch and every guard was friendly and welcoming. The property manager can help you with tours and anything else you might need. I would come back again in a heartbeat. The owner is easy to contact and helpful if you have any questions or concerns.

Gem of a place in a cool surf town

We stayed for 7 days in Jaco, and loved every minute of it. The home and property made it extra special for 4 reasons. (1) Location - it is on the beach, access cannot get any better. And it is about 5 mins walk from Jaco downtown bars and restaurants - there are several good ones including a mind-blowingly good vegan restaurant called SER (2) the home and property - the home is classy, well stocked with everything you’ll possibly need except for kitchen supplies (more on that later), and no kidding it is probably the best home location wise in the property. One set of doors opens to the pool and another opens to a sit out to watch the ocean. Can’t get better than that (3) Safety - the property has a guard on duty 24/7 and they have solid access rules which are not onerous but makes one confident about security and safety. (4) Amenities - beach access rocks, the pool is well maintained and never crowded, equipment in the home is solid, good wifi, in home phone - super useful if you haven’t turned on international roaming, and other little things that were taken care of - more towels than you’ll ever need, boogie boards, well stocked kitchen utensils etc etc. Ok that’s all the good stuff. Not so good are tiny nits - be great if they provided some kitchen basics like salt, sugar and oil to make a few things without having to do a grocery run. We went during the busiest season - Christmas leading to NY, and the beach was crowded with cars parked outside the property and locals having a great time at the beach. Remember, it is a public beach and Jacó is popular with locals so expect a crowd during public holidays. But gotta love the people - they are super friendly and always clean up after they party. Clearly they care about and love their country! But it can get a little noisy in case you’re picky, but things always wrapped up by 8pm even on the busiest holiday. So in love with this place, my wife and are surely come back to this gem!

Great Place

The condo was well equipped, the pool clean and big! Nice neighbors, super friendly and helpful security guys. Right across from the beach, 2 minutes walk to an all day restaurant. Jaco is a bit touristy, but there's everything and anything to do! We went ziplining a little north of town, and it was really fun.
