We loved this place. Hope to come back once a year! Two bikes you can ride, plenty of space on the front patio, chairs to take to the beach and a fire pit for s’mores!

What a great picture you painted of your stay. We love that you made use of the bikes, the beach chairs, and the fire pit for s'mores, since those little extras are there to be enjoyed. The front patio is a nice spot to unwind too. Thank you for the kind words, and we would be delighted to make this an annual tradition with you.

Great long weekend

First time to Newport and first staying at this new listing. Everything was exactly as stated, clean, great patio for relaxing and everything you needed for your stay. Highly recommend for a family of 4 or less due to one bathroom. WiFi is not strong so bring hotspot with you if you plan on working from beach house. Great stay and we will be back next time in Newport!!!
