What a lovely home with spectacular views, right on the lake with our own slice of beach for the weekend! Massive wall of windows gives stellar views of the lake. Joan was quick to answer our question. Hope to stay again soon.

This house was fantastic! Very clean and the view of Higgins lake was beautiful and the beach front great. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay here and the house had all the amenities you would want. I have to say it again, this house was super clean. Communication with the owner was great,thank you for sharing your house with us.

S'Hummer Haven never disappoints. Beautiful location, cute cabin, close to restaurants, and great communication with the owner. This was our third year--Joan always has nice updates to her property.

Nice clean house with a great view of the lake. Having a place to moor the boat is a bonus (public access close by). Plenty of room to spread out and 2.5 bathrooms if you have a lot of people at the house. Nice sandy beach, plenty of outdoor furniture. All appliances worked. No problems with the property. Joan is extremely responsive. Would make reservations again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is so comfortable with lots of space and the view is amazing. Joan was easy to get ahold of for any questions we had and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Also North Winds Pizza right up the road is amazing. We will be back!

We recently stayed here for a wedding and, despite our busy schedule, we thoroughly enjoyed our time.I was particularly impressed by how comfortable the home was and how relaxing it felt to be on the beach. The privacy and peacefulness of the property were also greatly appreciated. Plus the view was phenomenal!I hope to have the opportunity to return in the future when I can dedicate more time to fully experience everything your place has to offer.
