This place was absolutely perfect! The owners thought of everything down to the smallest detail of spices in the kitchen if we got the crazy idea to cook instead of eat out! Not to mention the view off the living room over the water was so calming and just perfect!!! I will for sure be saving this location to use again…hopefully sooner than later!

The location of this property was very convenient. The place was nice and clean and the view of the river from the balcony was great! Our host was very accessible and made the check-in process seamless. And, with the temperature searing, it was awesome having an air conditioner that could keep it cool.

Perfect place for our couples short stay to visit Hot Springs…. Great location near many places and view is so pretty for sitting out and drinking coffee. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and a perfect fit for our needs. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us find a solution when the weather disrupted our original plans. Their communication and willingness to accommodate us made a stressful situation much easier. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very nice condo! Had a great girls weekend! Condo had everything you need and it’s right on the lake so you can sit on balcony and enjoy your coffee in the morning and enjoy some drinks in the evening. Definitely will be back

Great location! 5 minutes from Walmart, 20 minutes from Lake Catherine State Park and Garvin Gardens. 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and Hot Springs National Park. Owner gave great restaurant recommendations. Relaxing and owner responded quickly to questions.

This property served everything we needed!We traveled to many Hot Springs restaurants and activities and the location was central to all of our choices.We had all the items we needed, clean and ready to go.The large deck was very peaceful and comfortable to relax each night.The beds were comfortable and the 2-bed 2-bath was a great value!
