Cette fabuleuse maison Alexander rénovée du milieu du siÚcle a tout pour plaire, un endroit pour jouer, un endroit pour cuisiner et un endroit pour se reposer. Jouez dans votre piscine avec vue sur les montagnes occidentales, cuisinez dans votre mini-cuisine gastronomique ou barbecue sur votre terrasse en ardoise ou reposez-vous dans l'une des quatre chambres spacieuses. Quatre sols en carreaux de porcelaine, deux lavabos dans la salle de bain principale, les appareils en acier inoxydable Viking et Westinghouse. Comptoirs en pierre César. Un mur de portes vitrées de la maison à la piscine offre une sensation d'ouverture à cette maison confortable. Le salon intérieur dispose d'une télévision de 60 "avec des siÚges confortables pour se détendre avec des amis et la famille en regardant la télévision ou simplement pour se rattraper. A beautiful home on a quiet street. The rooms are well-sized and everything worked well. Excellent communication and the house was fully stocked with the basics (linens, towels, dishes and cookware, paper goods, soap and detergent, etc.) We will stay here again!

Family vacation

The stay was good. Spacious enough for our guests and a nicely situated backyard. There were a few minor things that could’ve been addressed before we arrived (one ceiling fan was broken, all propane tanks empty). Given the winds of Palm Springs, we would’ve expected more frequent pool cleaning. Sheryl was prompt in communicating to resolve anything that came up. We would stay again.

Beautiful home!

We had a group of 8 staying here. We all had plenty of space to spread out and get comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the pool was excellent. The hot tub was lovely and accommodated 4 of us at a time. The location was amazing, super close to downtown. Check in was easy and check out was amazing. Loved this place and the host was fantastic and very responsive to queries even before we checked in. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Convenient, clean & comfortable

Our family of four (one tween & one teen), had a great stay at the house. The ping pong table and hot tub were a hit. The house is very close to the airport, grocery options, different food choices and easy drive to get to all the hiking spots we went to. The decor is modern but very comfortable. We would def stay here again.

Large rooms, very comfortable furniture Great outdoors areas. Flat screen tvs Easily would accommodate 8 people comfortably Great location close to downtown. I would definitely rent this house again.

A Christmas in Palm Springs

The home was lovely for our Christmas holiday. It is located approximately 5 minutes from all the wonderful shops and restaurants. The house was clean and organized , had a beautiful view and was truly an oasis. Great escape ! We would definitely go back to this home . Thank you !

Best Thanksgiving Ever

Perfect home for our thanksgiving weekend! Fantastic decor! Beautiful home. So “Retro” classic. Fell in love with this house. Wonderful hot tub, perfect size for 8 of around the dining table. Wonderful house and yard

Very nice mid-century modern with upgrades. Great back yard with pool, spa and seating for lots of people! Very comfortable house for 4 singles or 4 couples in quiet neighborhood.

Great Place

We visited with my husband, 3 year old daughter, my parents and my brother. Everything was great! Clean and very spacious. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets. Two of the bedrooms face the backyard, one is the master bedroom/bath and the other is on the other side of the house with a half bath. The other two bedrooms face the street, and there is another full bath in the hallway. The pool and outdoor space was also clean and had everything we needed. There was some pool beds and tubes and noodles in the garage though we had brought our own, but we did use the electric pump to blow our up. We didn’t use the hot tub but it seemed in good working condition. Thank you for the great place to stay!

Wonderful property!

We stayed there with all of my adult siblings and my mom to celebrate her birthday. 6 adults in all. We enjoyed spending time together in this beautiful home. The pool and hot tub were a highlight. Thanks Sheryl!

Everything you need

Great place that had all we needed and more. Plenty of space for our group with all the amenities that we needed. Location was great and easy to get to. The owner was easy to get a hold of and communicate with whenever we had questions. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely rent from them again the next time we are in Palm Springs.

Nice, comfortable home

We had a lovely long weekend at this home. It is located close ot the airport (but not loud) and Palm Canyon Drive/downtown. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses. and small appliances. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and bedding. The one oddity is that you have to walk through a powder room to get in to one of the bedrooms. We enjoyed our time very much.

Perfect Stay!

The place was great for our group of 8. Loved the private backyard, pool and outdoor kitchen. Lots of space inside to hang out in the evenings if we didn't go out. We had a small filter problem with the jacuzzi but it was fixed quickly. Neighbourhood seemed perfectly fine on morning walks. Weather was awesome. Would highly recommend!

Roomie and close to all your needs

We loved the location! the living room area was big, and the fireplace was a plus. We did not utilize the backyard but would love to come back in the summer to be able to use the pool, jacuzzi and BBQ. Close to any type of food, markets, and places to walk. The area is very secure and private....

Great Stay

We rented this for our family Christmas. Kitchen was well stocked and great for cooking Christmas dinner. Back yard was lovely and relaxing. Outdoor furniture was comfy and great for enjoying the view of the mountains. We enjoyed the BBQ and extra propane was in the garage if needed. Overall we had a great stay and would book this house again!
