Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals Policy for VRBO Guests:

The initial payment made through VRBO includes their service fee along with the required $400 reservation deposit for the condo.

After your booking is received, we will contact you directly to answer additional questions and provide more details regarding the reservation process.

All guests are required to read and sign our rental agreement and condo terms prior to arrival. Our rental agreement outlines important information regarding payments, cancellations, condo rules, and guest policies.

This is the property I have been looking for...

It is a smaller complex and sort of tucked away from some of the madness of 30A. The building was very nice and well maintained. Parking was no problem. The unit itself was lovely and had everything you could need. The beach access was easy and the beach chair set up was a plus. I'll be renting there again.

Wonderful spring break stay

Our family stayed here over spring break and it was fantastic. The condo was clean, spacious and in a perfect location. My kids especially enjoyed the heated pool since the ocean was still a little cold. The private beach with chair setup each morning was a plus. We would love to stay here again!

Comfortable, convenient stay with great amenities and location.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Mountain Beach condo unit 313. Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The beach access was simple and convenient, and we really enjoyed spending time at the pool and hot tub as well. One thing we especially appreciated was the thoughtful extras provided, like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and laundry supplies. Those little touches made a big difference and added to the overall convenience of our stay. The location is fantastic, with easy access to 30A and nearby Destin, while still feeling very safe and secure. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

The property and condo were nice and clean. It would be beneficial for shorties like me to have something that could help reach the laundry in the deep well of the washer. Overall we enjoyed it and would certainly come back.

Thankful on Thanksgiving

The property was perfect for our Thanksgiving away from home. Our family met in Blue Mountain for a week-long stay and had plenty of space for our daughter, son in law, granddaughter, Pop Pop and Gigi. The views of the beach are exceptional. Golden hour was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to whip up a Thanksgiving meal. Communication from the owner was excellent. We were provided information about the building, amenities, and local area. This was our first trip to 30A and it did not disappoint.

We loved staying here. Beach access was great, condo was roomy, the facilities were clean and quiet, and it was super easy access to restaurants and shopping. Our host was the best! We’ll definitely be back next year!

Our family lives in New Orleans and we own condominiums in the Blue Mountain Beach and Destin/Miramar Beach area. New beginnings and a new venture began for us in 2019! We opened a management company called Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. We are managing condos at Mainsail and the Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach along with condos in the Blue Mountain Beach area on 30a. We have been most fortunate to "hand pick" these properties and I think you will be pleased with our new additions.

We are not a large faceless corporation, marketing group or large impersonal rental agency. These are our second homes that we would like to share with you! Being frequent occupants as well as owners, we strive to make all the little details of our condos as home like and inviting as possible. We pride ourselves on our personal service and we feel that one stay at our beautiful condos and you will be back!

We chose this condo and location for the old-fashioned beach escape that is not crowded, but close to everything. It's location on 30a is perfect. It's easy to feel right at home in our condo.
Life goes at a slower pace and this is definitely a hidden gem. This complex (is only 48 condos) and is nestled among private homes and has the backdrop of a nature preserve. Best of all, a gorgeous private beach waiting for you.
It is the perfect get away that we would like to share with you.
