Really cannot beat the Maine views! Windows and balconies were amazing. Only downside is a small bar that is located near it was a bit loud. But we still had a really good time!!

Nice get-a-way. The Point is a fabulous restaurant to have dinner. The locals love it. Very quiet place to stay. Everything we needed for the stay.

Far enough to be away from the crowds but minutes to everything you need. Check-in process was easy. Great communication.

Nice location and views of the bay.

Property is well maintained and well appointed.Location to visit my son assigned to NAS Pensacola was perfect with great restaurants and shopping for groceries and small needs just minutes away. Close to Perdido Beaches as well as Johnson Beach which is part of the NPS

Property is reasonably located to all things Pensacola. All in all good place to stay and we would stay again.

Outstanding vacation rental

We had a wonderful stay at this very quite local right ajacent to a marina. It was overlooking the bay here and in close enough proximity to everything we needed for our stay such as grocery stores and resturants. I would book this place again if I was revisiting Pensacola Florida.

Good location at the Marina, too many light bulbs out in the townhouse, put in a work order to have them replaced, but no response while we were there.

Best ever!!

We had an amazing stay, it was the perfect location if you didnt want to be in the a super tourist place but wanted quiet. But it was a short drive to everything orange beach was 23 min drive and pensacola was 25min drive. It was great to watch the boats coming and going

Such a nice little spot

Our stay was amazing, from watching the blues from the balcony, to the short drive to the beach, this house has it all, our favorite spot was the top balcony , the intercoastal view was breath taking, the house was clean and very sturdy, we have kids and it was nice to not have to walk on eggshells while we enjoyed our vacation, we really enjoyed our time here and will book again 😀 thank you blues view for a wonderful spring break location

Awesome Sauce

Absolutely awesome location and a memorable experience. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Waking up to the morning view was a high light. Fishing from the docks at the marina will be something we talk about for years. One hundred percent will rent this place again the next time we take a trip to the gulf.

Pleasant Thanksgiving vacation.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Our only slight issues were: we found the front door keypad was not very user friendly. Also the ice maker stopped working, we called on a Tuesday and checked out on Sunday, still no ice. The view was very relaxing and the kitchen was well stocked. Thank you for sharing your condo.

Good stay that could have been great

Very friendly and attentive staff. Check in was seamless. Location was ideal and we loved the view. House was very clean but we did spot roaches in the kitchen and up stairs during the stay along with black mold in the washer. We're not clean freaks but we do like clean stays and this would have been a deal breaker had we known ahead. Overall, stay was good and we enjoyed the area as much as we enjoyed the house. As long as those two things were addressed I would definitely recommend this stay. We would also stay again.

Great stay close to the Naval Air Station!

We had a group of 5 adults stay here to attend the Pensacola Homecoming Airshow. The location was excellent for going to the airshow, as we were close and didn't have to wait in miles-long traffic. It's close enough to amenities around the Perdido Key, Orange Beach, and Pensacola areas. Grocery stores and restaurants are a short drive. Fishing from the docks was excellent! We didn't bring poles, but buying cheap poles and lures/bait at the nearby Walmart was enough for some good fishing action, especially late into the evening at the end of the lighted dock. We left the poles behind for future guests to enjoy! Beds were all very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Wedding Weekend

We loved our stay! Love when you get to the house and it is exactly like pictured and described on the site. We felt very comfortable, safe, and the rental was super clean. The location is quiet and kind of off the beaten path but yet we were within 10 minutes of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Wished we had more time to check out the marina next door but we did watch a couple of fishing boats unload their catches. Didn't have a lot of time for the beach but Perdido Key, Orange Beach and Pensacola Beach were only a 10 to 20 minute drive. Communication with the management company was awesome. We received quick responses on our questions and they were great on communicating details of check in and check out - which were both easy.
