The elegance of Lake Anna Luxury extends indoors with a spacious open-plan living area, combining the living room, dining room, and kitchen into a harmonious space for gathering and entertainment. The kitchen, equipped with marble countertops and premium appliances, invites culinary exploration, complemented by a plethora dining options both indoors and out.



Upstairs, a lofted living area with plush seating, a large 4K smart TV, and a kitchenette offers more space to relax. Each of the 7 bedrooms is a haven of comfort, featuring premium linens, stylish decor, private 4K smart TVs, and the comfort of central air-conditioning. The home is also equipped with a private washer/dryer, children’s amenities, beach gear, a Ping-Pong table, a Nintendo, 4 workstations, 10 Smart TVs, and high-speed internet, ensuring every need is met.

Enjoy our seasonal infinity pool from Memorial Day to early October. For a cozy swim, pool heating is available in May, September and October for an extra $100+tax/day. Since our pool heats gradually, please inform us ahead of your stay if you'd like the pool heated for your arrival. (We do not heat the pool in the hot summer months.)



There is free parking available for 8 vehicles (No Parking or Driving on Grass), and an EV charger is available for your use.



In order to provide you with a comfortable home that's maintains an ideal temperature, we are unable to allow you to open the large garage doors.

You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner, DV Rentals LKA!

**Additional Information:**

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Free Parking for up to 8 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.

- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.

- The backyard is not accessible to people with limited mobility.



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

 - $40 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
