Our second stay here and it was a great as the first. Great location, quiet neighborhood, walkable to hiking trails and local restaurants. Everything you need is either already there or nearby!

The pool is not open before May, but otherwise the description of this condo is accurate! Beautiful place with everything you need. Very quiet as not right in Sedona, which is exactly what we wanted! I would love to rent here again soon! Thank you for everything!

My sister and I stayed a week, it was close to many things, nice place to stay. It was clean, the only thing I wish it had was a washer and dryer in the unit, but there was one on the property. Would definitely stay again.

The place was very clean and welcoming to us and our pet. Our host had everything we needed including saline rinse for dry nose, poop bags for our pet, and charcoal for the grill. Very accommodating to our needs. The kitchen was loaded with all the things needed to cook a meal and the location was close to a lot of restaurants and the grocery store. Very nicely decorated. Very comfortable for 2 people.

If you want somewhere quiet and cool in the beautiful town of Sedona this is not the place. Host would not allow air controls to be cooled below 72. Probably fine for elderly but not an active family who hiked all day and likes to sleep in cold rooms. When asked I was told "there are box fans in a closet." No ceiling fans in bedrooms and air flow is terrible in the living/kitchen area. The noise above us was so loud in the in the early mornings. It woke us and our children up at 5:30 am.It is close to all the beautiful red rocks and to walk the sidewalks through Sedona. Easy to get around from here.

Great stay in a wonderful location! We loved that we were able to walk to Bell Rock which is one of our favorite spots in VOC. Comfortable beds, all the amenities you could need and the shower pressure was amazing especially after a long day of hiking. The internet was the only “issue” we had but may have just been due to the weird weather patterns lately. It wasn’t an issue for us because we went to hike and also just used our phones as a hotspot when necessary. I saw one other review talked about the noise from the upstairs people. It’s a condo on the first floor so nothing unusual about that! If you want a perfectly quiet place then first floor of a two story building isn’t your thing! We did hear people upstairs but it was always quiet at night and it caused no issues. (I’m from a big family so kinda found it soothing!) There’s laundry on site and one of the neighbors has two very friendly kitties. This is a wonderful rental in a spectacular location. We would definitely stay here again!
