The space
Brand new apartment with modern furniture and minimalist decorations. Perfect location to walk to wynwood or design district. Only 12-15 minutes drive from south beach and Brickell.

There is a train that you may hear once in awhile that is near the apartment building. Ear plugs are available if it may bother you going to sleep, most guests rarely hear it!

The bedroom had a king size bed, a storage closet and a walk in closet with shelving. The bathroom has beautiful marble floors with a bathtub.

The kitchen is fully equipped and also an island to enjoy eating breakfast, lunch or dinner !

There is a pool on the roof and a gym available to you.
Guest access
The apartment is private with no cameras inside.
You will have access to the gym and the pool, one free spot during your stay. Wynwood, midtown and design district are all in walking distance.
