Belmont Millside Studio—Warm Industrial & Chic

Welcome to our newest addition, Millside Studio apartment.A converted 700 sq ft industrial yet warm space w 12’ ceilings—plenty of room to spread out and relax. Full kitchen, king canopy bed, 65” smart tv, fireplace, beautiful decor, gorgeous roomy bathroom. You will enjoy the privacy of your own space, yet rest knowing we are on-site should you need anything. We do have other guests at our other spaces, so please be respectful of our home and potentially other guests.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

You really don't have to do much at all. We will take care of things for you! Just leave the linens on the bed, gather used towels and toss in the shower. Turn everything off and lock up. That's it!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must be at least 24 years old to book. Must be responsible and respectful of our home as we live on site and have other guests.
Quiet time is 11p-8a. No smoking, vaping, drugs. No videography/recording. No Pets.
Must sign rental agreement. Only one car allowed.

First and foremost the location is ideal. Close to the main Charlotte attractions. The apartment was very nice. Very clean and quiet. I look forward to staying again on my next visit to the area.
