Great location!

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend and it was perfect. Just blocks from the beach and the center of the boardwalk, the house is clean, with great parking and with a nice balcony. It's the ideal spot for a week or long weekend at the shore.

Amazing experience!

The property was exactly as advertised, beautiful and clean. The neighborhood was quieter than I expected which was a pleasant surprise (though it wasn’t necessarily busy season yet). The property manager answered any questions I had and my little dog could have sat out on the porch all day! We will definitely be renting again next summer.

Great location

The condo was clean and as advertised. The proximity to the boardwalk is great and the rooftop is perfect to enjoy the Friday night summer fireworks. Chris was very responsive to any questions. Thank you for a great stay.

Great spot!

Close walk to the beach. Safe area. The property manager was available almost instantly for any questions and or guidance. I would book this property again in a heartbeat!

Beach Bound

After a long drive to my destination, I was very excited to know the boardwalk was one block from the condo. The place was clean fun beach decor. The roof deck was amazing the views overlooked the boardwalk not to mention the Friday fireworks!! Chris was awesome to work with he checked up on us and gave great places to go!!! We would definitely do it again!!!

Beautiful condo

We had such a good time over Labor Day weekend. The house was beautiful and very clean. We didn’t have anyone stay in the upstairs condo so we had the whole roof top to ourselves which had the most amazing views. Perfect location! Will definitely be back! Thanks again :)

Great stay, nice apt, ideal location

We stayed with our two young kids and had a great time. The apt was spacious, mostly clean (with a few things overlooked by the cleaning company), the kitchen had what we needed to make a few light meals, and we love being so close to the boardwalk. We had a repeated issue with the lock on the door that was adequately dealt with in a timely manner by the owner. Recommend

Great unit! Great location!!

This place was perfect for us! I have rarely seen a place as cleaned as this unit! It was perfectly equipped. The location was perfect, only one street away from the middle of the boardwalk and the beach! The rooftop view for the fireworks was awesome! I would definite go back!! Great communication with the owner which made the entire rental process easy! Thanks!!

Great Location & Fabulous Property

My wife and I celebrated our 15th year Anniversary in Wildwood and since we are from Canada we weren't familiar with the area. Looking online this property looked really nice but when we saw it in person it was even nicer. Its obvious that the owners invest a lot of time in the property. The location was centrally located to everything. We were able to walk to the beach and we were able to walk to the boardwalk and its only a few seconds walk to both. Inside the property it was very comfortable and very clean & neat. Now that we are familiar with the area and the property we will be coming back to this property with our three children in the Summer.

Property as described. Unfortunately VRBO sent us email with incorrect door lock code. Owner also had sent an email but email address was also incorrect. Delayed entrance to property by 30 minutes. After that, all went well.

Great vacation in Wildwood for the entire family

The location, condition and amenities of the property made this an awesome vacation! The condo was very spacious and open, comfortable for relaxing inside/outside, provided ample room for storage and parking, met our cooking needs for meals and the location to the boardwalk and dog beach was as good as advertised. Definitely staying here again on our next visit to Wildwood!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Wildwood N.J. The pet friendly area was ideal. The property was clean, location was good, however the walk to the ocean was long. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great Vacation

The owner provided very clear instructions for everything and was very responsive. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and it felt bigger than it was. The kitchen and living room was just all open and really made it easy to hang out with the kids. I had my wife and 6 kids with me (plus a small dog) and we were comfortable. The bathroom in the master bathroom was really key since our girls pretty much occupied the hallway bathroom. Lastly, for a family like mine with kids ranging from 8-17, the location is perfect, literally like a minute walk to the boardwalk. Watching fireworks from the rooftop deck was really cool too. I could very easily stay here again.

2020 getaway

This property was in a great location within walking distance to the beach. We were a family of 5 with plenty of space for all. The condo was pet friendly with a pet friendly beach park nearby. The kitchen was fully equipped with cleaning supplies and cookware. Chris, the manager, responded quickly to any questions we may have had. Overall, this was a nice, clean and pleasant place to stay.

Wonderful vacation location.

It was a pleasurable, easy experience working with Chris. The property is a great location and very well maintained. All details/directions were easy to follow. The roof top deck was a great place to view firework show which was right in front of us. Only down side was being on bottom floor, the floors seemed thin. We would stay there again.

Great location and very well maintained property!

Being on the beach block made for just a short walk to the boardwalk! The property was well maintained and was a perfect place for two families of four. Watching the fireworks from the rooftop made for a great ending to our week! The only complaint was the neighbors above us being loud moving things around and dropping stuff well past midnight every night. Nothing the owner could do to fix that just bad luck for us! Wouldn’t stop us from renting again though.

Hi, My name is Chris and I am the Property Manager. I personally ensure that every property is clean and meets my expectations. I upgrade every property on a yearly basis; from new paint to new flooring, to new furniture, and new mattresses; this property has it all.

My Philosophy is that cheaper is not always better. We do charge just a little bit more than similar properties however, we invest that money right back into the property and keep it current. We could easily do what most other owners do, and that keeps the rates cheap but let the place fall apart, but that is not our style.

We cater to a different clientele; our goal is to have guests return year after year because they have the confidence in knowing that we have the nicest property in the City of Wildwood. In fact, I would be willing to put any of our properties up against any other similar style/size property because I know we are second to none. We do not install builder's grade or cheap products; everything is top-shelf, from mattresses to furniture.

I want you to feel at home and enjoy your stay, so if there is anything that I can assist you in making your stay even better, then please don't hesitate to call me.
