Beautifully decorated 4 level Townhome with heated pool in the North Wildwood Area. 1 1/2 blocks to the beach with hardwood floors, granite countertops, and 3 plush pillow-top queen beds this condo has space for 2 families.

Stainless steel Kitchen has ceramic tile, granite counter tops and wine cabinet island.

This home has 5 smart TVs.
- 2 smart 50inch TV in bedrooms.
- 65 inch Sony smart tv and sound bar in living room.
- 55 inch TV with fire stick and a 43 inch tv in the game room area with PS4 on the 4th floor.
- There are movie, Cable and local TV channels on the Samsung, Fire-stick and Roku channels.

Bedding (must bring own sheets, except for bunkbed, we provide those)

We were there during the blackout but our host actually put us up in a hotel the second night of no power. Once the power was on we enjoyed the property and the area was near everything.

Wonderful home away from home

This home was exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful time in Wildwood and were extremely happy that we chose this property. Its very conveniently located, the pool is great and the setup/layout is excellent for a family or a few couples looking to get away and spend time together. Great Property & Great Location

The house was even better looking in person. The location was great, we did not drive all week because everything was with in walking distance. The pool was a real gem, we spent most of our days there. Really enjoyed the property and being walking distance to boardwalk, water park and restaurants made it an easy trip with 5 kids ages 2-16

Great For Extended Families

My parents stayed in one room, my brother and his family in another, and my family on the top floor. The home was very clean. The pool was lovely. The top floor room is perfect for teens who need a little privacy while staying in a room with parents. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great Condo close to the Boardwalk

We loved staying at this condo! The location was perfect and so close to the boardwalk! Thank goodness for the pool too. The kids loved it and so did the adults. We also have a full size SUV and loved paying extra to get the parking pass as well.

Perfect for large families!

This property was amazing! It was large and spacious enough to fit her family of 10, very clean, and exactly as pictured. It was within walking distance to the boardwalk so we didn’t have to use our cars at all, had a great pool that the kids and adults didn’t want to get out of, and the owner was very responsive. We will definitely be returning here next year!

Amazing home.

Just arrived home today after staying 5 nights in this super clean comfy home. We were 6 adults and 3 small kids. Spacious with ample room for all. The house was immaculate. Amazing spacious property with POOL, video games, big screen TV/ movies! Wonderful amenities to occupy all ages during sporadic thunderstorms in South jersey ! Location Location Location

Perfect location from all directions. Our first time in this unit but Not our first time at this location. Beautifully beach theme decorated all around. My husband & I always plan our summer vacation for our grown kids & grandchildren. We love the heated pool just steps from the door of our unit. We had more than enough room for the 9 of us. Our 10 month old was crawling everywhere and I blame my self for not reaching out to owner before our arrival about child proof items, espically child gate to keep her from stairs going down. I was also nervous with the glass table tops & dining room table with young children. I we were disappointed in the size of the toaster oven that my husband called an “Easy Bake Oven” leaving us to turn on the stove oven on hot days. I was also surprised to find there was no blower. All in all we had a nice time.

We built our first condo in wildwood in 2009 for our family as since the kids are grown we rent that one on 4700 Atlantic. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. This property we love for the location being in the North wildwood area and close to all things for a great stay.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This is a great location with plenty of space for multi familes and a great pool. 3 minute walk to the 26th street pier and rides, Sams Pizza, Chickie and Petes, etc.

Having 4 levels with 2 1/2 bathrooms and 3 large bedrooms provide plenty of space for a relaxing vacation. Sleeps 12 comfortably.

4 levels with a pool and room for 11, is very hard to find.
