Disappointed

There are no complaints about the unit apart from the fact that there was a lot of noise coming from building work that was going on both directly our unit and nearby on other units. We were only warned about this 2 or 3 days before the beginning of our vacation.

My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful stay! Toni was attentive to our needs/questions and the condo was perfect for our beach combing week! The condo had everything we needed and we will definitely come again!

Relax and peaceful vacation.

Instructions for check in were perfect, owner response was wonderful after an issue with parking pass, unit is nice and clean, it's perfect for a couple and at a very quiet and convenient location, close to one of the pool, and bbq area is in front of the building. We had a great time.

Location is great. You can see the ocean from the deck. Condo is quiet and itā€™s a short walk to the beach. The unit could use some updating but had most of what we needed. No washer/dryer in unit but there is one available nearby.

Short walk to the beach, many amenities. Just right for my husband and I celebrating our 45 anniversary! What a great memory on beautiful Sanibel island!

Came in for a week of fun in the sun and a little rest and relaxation. We had a great time and the condo had everything we needed. The beach was nice and the pool nice and cool relief from the sun. We love Sanibel and hope to be back soon.

Great location!

We had a great experience. Perfect location! Close to beach, great bike riding. Explored Ding Darling Reserve, beaches, Captiva Island, etc. Toni was very responsive and helpful. Lots to do. We would love to stay here again!

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had a little trouble finding it, the GPS doesnā€™t take you to the correct location. It was storming and very dimly lit. We were very impressed with how clean everything was! There was a note about not leaving food out due to the ants would find it so we were very careful. About mid week we started seeing them in the bathroom but it wasnā€™t unbearable. The property was gorgeous and a short walk to the pool and beach. The last night was an adventure with our new upstairs neighbors though. They slammed doors, drug furniture across the floor and rode baby elephants around (it sounded like) until around 3:30am. We finally called the front desk and it was taken care of quickly. Four hours sleep made a long ride home but weā€™d definitely stay here again. Take trash bags and toilet paper!

Excellent studio unit at Sundial Resort

We enjoyed our week stay. This unit was very clean and well decorated. The bed was comfortable and the recliner chair was enjoyed after a full day of cycling and shelling.

Sanibel Summer Visit

Great place to stay. So very convenient to the Beach, Pool and local restaurants. Parking is great, no worries on space available. Condo is great for a couple, furnished exactly as described. We would stay here again, no hesitation!

Perfect getaway for solo traveler

Lovely studio condo. Perfect for one or two people. Included beach chairs, pool noodles, snorkel gear, even several types of sunscreen! Plenty of towels for both bath and beach. Kitchen was very well equipped although a bit cramped. Very nice barbecue grill just steps across the parking area. Out on the beach in less than 2 minutes. Only issue was how dimly lit the exterior corridors and stairwells were after sundown. This particular unit does not have a light fixture anywhere near the door so I had to carry a small flashlight to be able to find keyhole to get back in unit after dark. I understand the need for low lighting regarding sea turtle nesting, but this side of the building faces the parking lot and street and there is absolutely no view of the beach. Since exterior lighting is uniform across all buildings in the resort I don't see anything ever being done to provide additional lighting so just be aware. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!!

Cozy getaway to recharge

This cozy unit just a walk to the pool and the beach had everything we needed to relax and recharge our batteries. Our thanks to Toni, the unit owner, that made herself available at any time we any questions we could have. Great week of weather and the water temp and constant seabreeze was perfect! Sad to be leaving and if we return would be looking to stay in D212 again!
