This beautiful condo offers breathtaking panoramic water views as you relax on the comfortable screened in lanai. Water views from kitchen, dining area, living room, master, and entry. This second floor retreat is private and serene, as the palm trees sway, gigantic native pelicans soar by, dolphins frolic and play just 30 feet away, and boats sail past into the sunset.

Your home away from home will lend itself to a relaxing, fun vacation on the pristine Tropical Island of Sanibel. This bright and cheerful interior has an open floor plan with two dining areas (one in and one out), a comfy cozy living room with a flat screen TV, pull-out sofa, and gorgeous views of the Bay. The master suite also features amazing views, a queen sized bed and a newly remodeled master bathroom with walk-in tiled shower. This condo has a bright guest bedroom and bathroom that will make your friends and family comfortable. The open kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or just heat up leftovers from a fabulous restaurant.

Amenities galore include two heated salt water pools, a private fishing pier, gas grills for your convenience, two tennis courts, shuffleboard, boat dock rentals available, high speed wireless internet, a recreation closet full of beach chairs, fishing rods, boogie boards, and more, and a cabinet full of board games and books that we encourage you to enjoy.

Mariner Point is central to everything, ride your bike to the beach with your own private beach access, ride down to the lighthouse to explore Sanibel’s history, walk to the local restaurants, and kayak through the canals or just stroll down the boardwalk and watch the pelicans fish. We guarantee a dolphin sighting as they fish right in front of your lanai daily. Perfect location

We love fishing and this property allowed us multiple areas to do so; the canal, the private pier, and close to the lighthouse beach pier! Clean unit that had everything we needed.

It was a great vacation!

Condo was super clean and well stocked. It was great to have beach chairs, towels and an umbrella there to use. It's located really close to the pool, which is nice. It was my first trip to the area and I ended up preferring Captiva to Sanibel and spending most of my time there. The condo is located right next to the bridge onto Sanibel, so it couldn't have made for a longer drive everyday, but it was still great. Thank you!

Nice Condo

Clean, good sized condo. Nice furnishings. Reasonable supplies. Comfortable screened deck. Convenient Parking. Second Floor unit has about 20 steps. Quiet pool. Provided two beach chairs and two umbrellas. Causeway could be heard when outside, but not a major problem. Would return.

Wonderful vacation spot, convenient location off of bridge, short drive into town and beaches.Condo was inviting and very well stocked, saw dolphins right off of porch! Staff very responsive, only encountered wonderful service and smiles

Good stay

We booked a 40th birthday here for my wife as we love the Sanibel area. Upon arrival, the grounds and buildings were well maintained. Our unit was on the second floor, but it is a easy stairway with parking right in front. The interior of the unit was nice, but definitely could benefit from a deep cleaning. The master bed was not as comfortable as most, but the kids didn't complain about the two other beds. The view is of the bay, but he sunsets are better on this side. Dolphins can be seen daily, early in the morning. There is some noise from the bridge, but only out on the screen patio. The kitchen could use some organization and a few items. The pool area is great. You can fish from the pier and clean your catch right there as well...but bring or rent your own gear as it is not provided. Best time to fish right before dark, under the pier!!

We had a great time in Sanibel! This was our first trip to Sanibel. The condo was exactly as described. It is comfortable and well stocked. We saw dolphins just about every time we were on the lanai. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet, clean place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The property is nice, with good amenities. Close to bike paths, and a boat ramp. Super quiet the week we were there! The pool was clean, and the outdoor area with grill/seating was a plus. Contactless check in was easy, too. Location is convenient for driving, or biking, but not really within walking distance to any beaches or shopping. We were fine with that, as most anything you need is just a 10 or 15 minute drive. Overall, very happy with our stay at this property!

I loved the location, property was nice Big pool was alittle dirty and very hot! Also only one garbage bag and one role of toilet paper. Bed is a double not a queen!! All in all it was nice. Not great!

Our condo was perfect for our needs. Close to the causeway when we wanted to travel off the island. The pool was warm and relaxing. The condo was sparkling clean. And best of all, the shower water was immediately warm. five stars for this one!!! Thank you for an awesome two weeks!

Great view of the water from this second story unit. Master does look out over the water, but there is no outside access from the master. Walk in shower in master and full sized washer and dryer are pluses for the unit. Only one glitch with check in and while frustrating it was resolved fairly quickly

Perfect!

My sister and I could not have asked for a more perfect trip. From the condo to the weather we could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet low key location but only minutes away from any activty you can wish for. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Wising one day to become Sanibels!

We are in love with Sanibel Island. Our stay in the condo we rented was very comfortable. Looking out at the ocean every morning was a delight. I especially loved the fact that there was a washer and dryer right in the unit and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely consider returning.
