Recently renovated condo at Las Olas, the premier destination for surfers and beach lovers in the San Jose del Cabo area. Quiet residence located in the A building, facing the Rock. Watch incredible sunrises from your balcony, and the three surf breaks (Zippers, the Rock, Old Mans). As the last property on the beach, enjoy a bit of seclusion and peace as you relax by the beach, in the pool, or on the deck.
If you love surfing, this is the best. You can watch over all three breaks, and paddle out anytime with the closest access to the Rock. We have a surf locker to hold your boards and included are a couple of 8ft soft tops you can use, as well as 2 kayaks and 2 stand up paddleboards. There is a large surf shop right across the street, and there is a surf school/rental shop about 50m away on the beach.
You'll never need to leave with all the amenities onsite and restaurants nearby. You can walk 100 yards down to zippers cafe and Pescadito Break...and at low/mid tide walk around the corner to the Seven Seas restaurant. There's also a small grocery store with the basics about 100 yards from the gate. Enjoy gated fenced in parking with 24/7 security allowing a worry free vacation.

Excellent location. The beach and view were unsurpassed. The rental is quiet and easy to sleep in. Kitchen is well apportioned with good cooking gear and spices. Something lacking in most VRBOS.Our only 2 complaints were that the grill was not functioning. And kids were not allowed in the hot tubs. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to know the restrictions prior to booking with children.Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend.
Sunrise from the balcony makes your morning coffee a dream.

Absolutely beautiful condo, better than the listing pics. Very well kept, gorgeous views and plenty of space to spread out and relax. Exceptionally well stocked, one of the best I’ve been to, and very kind of the hosts to share their scuba and surfing equipment. WiFi also was very speedy, could zoom/FaceTime with ease. Great stay!

Great location, with a beautiful swimmable beach! It felt like we were at a small private resort. Plenty of lounge chairs both by the pool and on the beach. The sunrises from our patio were amazing, also loved the view from the primary bedroom. Like others mentioned, the unit was well equipped, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, cooking supplies, beach towels, etc. Wi-fi was spotty in back bedroom per our teens and the property didn't have satellite, so no football for the hubby, sorry not sorry. Zippers was next door on the beach with excellent food, TV and drinks. Close to Palmilla and downtown San Jose. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing location even better amenities, pool HT, beach access, surf boards, full stocked kitchen. Great access to restaurants. Every one at Las Olas were very friendly. Mauricio and Joseue, were so helpful to find us a little extra freezer space for fish. I would love to return.

Surfers paradise!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo on the ocean. The space was large and comfortable, the balcony was absolutely epic with a view of the pool and the surf breaks, and there was such a great variety of surfboards and toys for us to choose from that we didn’t have to rent anything. The vibe at the condo complex was very laid-back and friendly and the people working security and at the gate were kind. We definitely plan to visit again!

Best unit, best owner

This is the best furnished unit in Las Olas. The kitchen has everything you need, the bedrooms and bathrooms are great, nice patio loungers, TV that had some US channels which is rare, along with beach umbrellas and chairs. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Las Olas in March 2026 raised serious safety concerns.During our trip, our parking pass was stolen from our vehicle. A man later showed that pass to the security guard and claimed he was a “friend” visiting us. Despite the complex stating that visitors must show identification and register at the gate, the guard allowed him into the property without verifying with us or checking any ID.The individual then went to our condo, where we later discovered the door lock was malfunctioning and only locked intermittently. Because of these security failures, our unit was burglarized and more than 7,000 worth of personal belongings were stolen.The suspect was clearly visible on security cameras and the location of stolen devices could be tracked, yet little action was taken. Property management sent me to the police station with a bilingual lawyer to refile a report, which took over six hours, but after that there was no further help.The condo owners and managers stopped responding to calls, texts, and emails and offered no assistance or compensation. Because we no longer felt safe, we left and had to find another place to stay.If safety and accountability matter to you, I would strongly reconsider staying here.

Las Olas

We had an amazing stay with our family! The unit is on the beach and we saw whales from the balcony and the hot tub. There is surfing right in front of the unit, which our family loved. The condo is very well appointed and we had everything that we could possibly need. The host was incredibly helpful with information about the area and things to do. A truly special place!

Spring Break fun

We stayed at the condo with our college age son, his girlfriend and 3 roommates. We had stayed in this exact condo 3 years ago and were excited to go back. The new owners had stocked the place with so many more amenities that it really made our stay a lot more fun. There were surfboards, snorkel masks and fins, kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach towels, etc. The surf out front got better as each day passed. The highlight as always was getting up to watch the sunrise out of the ocean from the balcony. Beautiful views.

Perfect stay!

This condo was perfect! Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts. Regular coffee machine and nespresso machine. Beds were comfy. Great patio views of the ocean and this time of year we saw whales breaching every morning! Pool was nice and never really crowded. Boogie boards, surf boards, paddle boards and kayaks. Fishing poles. They are missing nothing. We ubered everywhere we needed to go and spent way less than a rental car. Great restaurant suggestions and host helped set up transport to and from the airport. Great communication! This one will stay on our list of places to return!

LOVE IT!

I can't say enough good things about our stay. Everything was perfect! It felt like the host read our minds and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo view was amazing, and the decor was tasteful and updated. There were six of us, and we were all very comfortable. Even my picky 22-year-old said how nice the accommodations were and gave it a well-deserved 5 stars. We had the young adults take surfing lessons on the first full day, and they enjoyed surfing throughout our stay. We loved watching them and others surf from our balcony! I was concerned about the July heat since I'm particular about sleeping comfortably with A/C, but it worked perfectly. Each room had its own temperature control, which was great. Some people who stayed in the building (not this condo) complained about traffic noise, so I was worried, but we heard zero traffic noise! The location is great, with a couple of restaurants within walking distance, although we ventured out to restaurants quite a bit. El Comer grocery is close by, although not walking distance. The only "complaint" we had was that the internet was a bit slow, and the master bed was a bit firm for me, although my husband didn't think so. We're contemplating going back in December, and I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else but here! Great job to the host!
