Playa Grande Vista es una playa preciosa casa en Blue Mountain Beach en Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Esta casa tiene todas las mejoras de la hermosa decoración, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable con hermosos pisos de mosaico en todo. Con 6 habitaciones, 7 baños, televisión por cable e internet inalámbrico, carrito de golf, kayak, sillas de playa, máquina de hielo, piscina comunitaria semiprivada, 2 terrazas en la azotea y balcones en las habitaciones del segundo y tercer piso. Todas las habitaciones tienen baño privado. 6ª casa de walkover de playa privada - 3ª casa de piscina semi privada. La piscina cerrada solo está disponible para casas en nuestra calle, North Grande Beach Drive.

Al entrar en el nivel principal de esta casa será recibido con la planta de estar abierta, incluyendo la cocina, comedor y sala de estar principal. También hay una ducha en el primer piso perfecto para el enjuague después de después de un largo día en la playa (y ducha exterior). El segundo refrigerador en el garaje, la máquina de hielo separada en la cocina, 2 lavavajillas y 2 cafeteras serán útiles para los grupos grandes. (La segunda cafetera tiene una jarra térmica y también puede preparar paquetes de tazas Keurig K)

We stayed here for our family vacation with 7 adults and 7 kids. We had tons of space and the house was very clean! The house was stocked with anything and everything you could ever need, from kitchenwares to beach chairs, toys etc. Would absolutely book again!

Great house in a great location!

We had a group of 15 ages 5-75. The house was very well stocked with anything you could want from tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, kitchen necessities, games, flashlights for grab hunting, had amazing views from the upper deck and rooftop, lots of space for everyone, and the golf cart was awesome to haul stuff to beach. The beach access is easily walkable and the beach was not crowded. No need to get up early to get a spot. The showers were always hot even with everyone getting ready around the same time. The location was close to everything in Blue Mountain Beach- walkable or using the golf cart was a piece of cake. The property manager was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Location

What a perfect location! It is literally one of the best things about renting this property. Just a short walk or ride using the provided golf cart to the private beach. The house floor plan was perfect for our needs and the house was very clean. We were disappointed in the condition of the outdoor furniture on the main floor deck and could not get the door locked to the crow's nest door. Unfortunately, the heavy rain also caused the kitchen ceiling to leak and we alerted both the property manager and owner immediately who arranged for a handyman to come to try to patch the leak. Also, the air conditioner was not working properly on the main floor but due to the heavy rain, the ac repair was not able to be completed while we were there. I realize that it is very difficult to manage a home from a distance and that things happen. The property owner was very apologetic and acted quickly to try to rectify the issues. Neither of the main issues hampered our good time at Blue Mountain Beach and if given the opportunity, I would rent this home again.

Blue Mountain Beach is beautiful but it’s a busy beach! Grande Beach home solves the busy part. They have a private neighborhood pool, private and private section of the beach!

Amazing place!

This property was perfect for our family trip that we've been trying to plan for years. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the different levels to the house allowed babies to be sleeping soundly upstairs while everyone else was hanging out in different areas of the house. The proximity to the beach and pool was perfect and the new golf cart was such a wonderful convenience for cruising around town and to the beach. The dining room table is beautiful and perfect for our large family dinners. The beach chairs and toys were great for adults and children alike. The outdoor shower was an added bonus for getting cleaned up after a day at the beach to help avoid dragging sand into the house. The outdoor grill and multiple deck spaces were amazing! The only suggestion we have are that some mattresses were uncomfortable to certain family members. The home overall was clean but we had a minor issue with one set of bedding not being clean upon arrival. The convenience of the washer and dryer made this an easy fix. The multiple dishwashers were nice for being able to clean lots of dishes at once for our big family. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Rare Find

Our family consists of 5 married couples and a handful of children. It is rare to find a house that has beds for that many couples, but this house provided what we needed and also had a huge bunk room for the kids that affectionately became known as 'the cousins' room'. Each bedroom also had its own bathroom which was an additional bonus. The kitchen was large and well-stocked, there was plenty of living space for our large group, and the golf cart made trips to the beach a breeze. This house met and exceeded our expectations and we will stay here again!

Amazing!

We have stayed as a family at other properties on 30A and this one is by far the best one. Location was perfect! Private beach was amazing! House accommodated all of us and we had plenty of space. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Just like other reviews state, communication with the manager was so fast and helpful. The only downfall about the trip was the golf cart was in the shop. We wish we were provided something else since all of us were really excited to use it and then bummed. I would definitely rent this property again. Actually been in contact with the manager to rent it for next year.

Perfect house for big families!

This house was perfect for our big family. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The rooms are quiet and block out noise from the rest of the house. Kitchen is huge and very stocked with everything you could ever need including an air fryer! The back patio has a nice grill and lots of sitting. Short walk to to the beach. Great house! Also the property manager was always available for any questions and the check in /out process was so easy! We will be back!

Great for family gathering

We gather each year for extended family vaca. Kids range from 12-19. They loved the bunk room. Plenty of separate bedrooms for the adults. Loved all the different sitting areas and the proximity to the private beach is great! Quick walk. The comfort and decor of the house made it feel like we were visiting relatives ❤️❤️ There were little details like a broken ice maker which got fixed and wasn’t a big deal to us, but the communication between us and the managers was stellar!

Yearly Family Beach Trip

We loved our trip to Blue Mountain this year. We had stayed at this property in the past and love the accessibility to the beach and the home’s amenities. The house has aged some and could use some freshening up in the paint department and possibly some furniture updates. Overall, the house met all of our family’s needs and was a wonderful getaway amidst the Covid outbreak.

Lovely home.

Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and there was plenty of space that even the teenagers were happy. The beach was beautiful and the golf cart was a plus for the grandparents making it easily accessible.

This was our second stay at this property. Nice location with golf cart access to use in the immediate neighborhood. A very short walk (or golf cart ride with kids and beach gear) to the private access. We had one issue where the 3rd floor AC stopped working. This would have typically taken a few days to ship the part and repair but the owner had the issue resolved within 24 hours. Woul definitely stay here again.

Great house! Great location!

As several people have mentioned, the pictures just did not do this house any justice. Overall, the house was beautifully finished (loved the dining room table) and the location made mini trips to the beach throughout the day a practical idea. Although we had a large group, everyone had a space. I highly recommend this house and would love to return in the future. The information below are things I would have liked to know before arriving and I thought others might find helpful. 1st Floor: Kitchen more than fully stocked, including: 2 full size refrigerators (1 in garage), several large pots/pans, serving plates/utensils for more than the house allows, 2 dishwashers, pancake griddle, serving trays, coffee maker (no Keurig), utensils for the grill. The grill had propane but we were unsure of the protocol if it ran out (you may want to double check before arriving). Driveway/Garage: The driveway only accommodates 4 vehicles (3 vertically/1 diagonally) and you can't park on the street. The garage had a kayak and plenty of chairs. 2nd Floor: 2nd entertainment area with 2 couches (1 sleeper couch), balcony off this area - perfect for teens and any video games they wanted to bring. Bunk room had a double door for privacy (no balcony) and a bathroom – note it did not have a dresser or closet but each bed (3 twin and 2 full) had a cubby at the foot of the bed and owner provided several wicker baskets to store items under the bed. 2 additional bedrooms on the front of the house – both have a bathroom (1 has a balcony). The house has plenty of extra linens (towels, sheets, blankets) – an extra set in each room. No beach towels. 3rd floor: Master bath (large) had a small fridge (nice for champagne), walk-in closet, bathroom and door to large balcony (with some table and chairs). Balcony joined with the 2nd bedroom on this floor. This bedroom was the smallest in the house – contained a hutch with no shelves (no dresser) and a smaller closet but did have its own bathroom. 3rd bedroom – very large with a queen bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom, and walk-in closet. This bedroom has high ceilings that include a lookout from the crow’s nest (crow’s nest accessed from a hallway door but the landing of the stairs overlook the 3rd bedroom). This limited the privacy in this bedroom. Crow’s Nest: Magnificent! Overlooked the water and a panoramic view of the community. Again, overall the house exceeded our expectations and help make our stay very enjoyable!

Thank you for renting our beach home and writing such a detailed description for future guests. I appreciate any ideas for improvement and have listened to your “no Keurig” comment. I have purchased a second coffee maker that has a thermal carafe on one side and can brew the K packs for Keurigs on the other side.Look forward to having you stay again next summer. You also commented about the process if the propane ran out for the grill; I have a large 6 burner Weber grill with 3 tanks. No worries about running out. Randy - the owner

Grande Beach Vista-6 Bdrm/7 Baths

Grande Beach Vista is a must rent for large families. From the kitchen with two dishwashers and separate ice maker to the family room seating and walnut dining table it was outstanding! Having a bathroom with shower attached to every bedroom plus one on the main floor is one of the reasons that we rented this house. The Golf Cart was a PERK to transport items to the beach entrance and the pool was very convenient to the location of the house. Our family of sixteen had a very enjoyable week together. We will definitely rent this house again!! Thanks for sharing your home.

Great house for large groups

We had a great time in the house and at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with enough pots and pans to cook for a large group. The double dishwashers, large grill, ice machine, and the abundance of plates was much appreciated. Keri was very responsive to any questions. The golf cart was great even though we didn't use it much because of the close proximity to the beach and pool. If we come to this area of FL again, we definitely would rent this house again.

House, beach, and location were great!

We absolutely loved this house! The pictures don’t do it justice! The main floor was so roomy and accommodated all 16 of my family!. We were all able to eat and cook together with lots of room. The bedrooms were all tasteful decorated and each room had its own bathroom! The grandkids loved the bunk room. And the beach was a very short walk, and we always hit the pool on the way back from the beach. The golf cart was an added bonus for cruising the neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous property for a large family!

This home was just perfect for our large family. Very short walk to the beach, even with little ones. We have stayed in many vrbo properties on 30A and we have never had a place that was so well equipped in the kitchen and with more than ample towels. The kitchen even has 2 dishwashers and an under cabinet ice maker. A second living area adjacent to a bunk room that will accommodate 7 is great for the kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Great place for a large family to stay

This house is really fantastic because its large, is pretty close to the beach, has enough dining/living room/kitchen space for a large group to socialize, and is in a nice location on 30A with a terrific view (one of the best). We've stayed here a second year and still love it. The dining room table is really special in that it is huge and made from trees, so that it is both big enough to allow several people to eat at the same time and be pleasing to look at. Also the Dining room/living room/kitchen area is fantastic because it allows everyone in the house to be able to share a meal at the same time. Furthermore, there are many bathrooms with nearly a bathroom per bedroom. Really a great place to stay. The drawbacks were that the internet connection is not so great, the grill needs to be upgraded, and the cleaning between the last guests to us was a little less than the best with one balcony having some things that weren't thrown away and a few other small things. Also there is no yard for any games and the pool is not in the backyard, but a little down the hill. However, these drawbacks are small and the house is really nice. The community pool is only shared by a handful of houses, so it's empty much of the time and big enough to have fun. We really like to spend most of our time at the beach, or on 30A, so we don't really plan on doing much of anything in the yard.

I bought this house 2 1/2 years ago and immediately started improvements and continue each year. I knew the grill was functioning , but older and did replace it this year with an extra large 6 burner Weber gas grill. I also replaced the entire deck this year with a larger Azek PVC deck with new patio furniture and a 16' built in bench. I also put in a new 55" 4K smart tv downstairs and a larger tv in the 2nd floor living area. I was disappointed that you gave us only 4 stars because the grill was older and a previous guest left something on a balcony, but then didn't appreciate the other improvements I made last year after purchasing this home: the $11,000 6-passenger electric golf cart for guests, new refrigerator, washer/dryer, pillow top mattresses, new master bedroom furniture, all 3 balconies new furniture, new bedspreads in most rooms and new pictures of my grandchildren! You did make note of the large dining table I shipped in for the accommodation of larger groups visiting. Thank you, I will continue with new upgrades each season. Owner

Beautiful Home!!!

The house was even better than the pictures! The kitchen was large, and that gorgeous dining room table was large enough to seat 14 people comfortably! The golf cart was a life saver, as the house provided plenty of chairs to take to the beach. There was an additional refrigerator in the garage that came in very handy. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed, including an ice maker separate from the freezer, which was wonderful! I would recommend this home to anyone!!
