Multiple hang-out spaces inside & out, including a spiral staircase leading to a rooftop deck for sunset viewing. 3 bedrooms with 3 comfortable beds (one with en-suite bathroom) & black-out curtains, plus a meditation room & office space. Fully equipped kitchen with Mexican tiles & gas stove. Enclosed courtyard with vintage patio set and wood-burning chiminea. Sweet neighborhood with multiple restaurants & businesses within walking distance, including Natural Grocers, Falora, Rocco's Pizza, Zemam's, Turmerico, Bisbee Breakfast Club, Barrio Bread, and more. Located on a bike path with easy access to parks and University of Arizona.
