Spanish-style 1944 historic home with spacious floor plan, Saltillo tiles, plus mosaics through-out. Newly furnished mid-century style design with a minimal & desert aesthetic. Owner has an art gallery in Joshua Tree, and rotates art on view at Treat Casa. Multiple hang-out spaces inside & out, including a spiral staircase leading to a rooftop deck for sunset viewing. 3 bedrooms with 3 comfortable beds (one with en-suite bathroom) & black-out curtains, plus a meditation room & office space. Fully equipped kitchen with Mexican tiles & gas stove. Enclosed courtyard with vintage patio set and wood-burning chiminea. Sweet neighborhood with multiple restaurants & businesses within walking distance, including Natural Grocers, Falora, Rocco's Pizza, Zemam's, Turmerico, Bisbee Breakfast Club, Barrio Bread, and more. Located on a bike path with easy access to parks and University of Arizona.

If I were to create a home from my dreams this would be it. It is clear how much intention, personality, and experience has gone into the creation of this space and its essence is truly special. Our stay was equally as vibrant as the home and filled with walks to the Ethiopian coffee shop and restaurant just up the street. The neighborhood is filled with life and incredibly friendly. I could not recommend this space enough to a person looking to feel like they've stepped into an artists mind and world and/or looking for recluse in the form of good books and bird sounds. Thank you so much Colleena for sharing a piece of yourself with us through this home.

Excellent location, every thing of interest with in 15 Min. Nice neighborhood clean, good showers. Family visited from Europe and from Southern California we traveled from Michigan all commented on the house and the gardens, used the yoga room for morning stretches. Excellent Breakfast at Bisbee Breakfast Club a short walk, while there don't miss Barrio Bakery next door.

Cute, cozy and convenient

This is a charming house, and served as the perfect base for exploring Tucson. It had an authentic "Tucson" feel with a delightful vibe. The house came well-equipped with all necessities, and we particularly appreciated finding coffee and tea ready for us. The comfortable beds ensured peaceful nights after days of local exploration. The owner responded promptly to all our questions.
