Welcome to the Mile High Mountain Suite at Beech Mountain! First floor unit steps to the indoor pool!! Minutes to Banner Elk, Boone, Beech Mountain ski resort, Land of Oz, nature, hiking, deer everywhere & the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains!! Heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and arcade in the community. The villa has a fully stocked kitchen, Smart TV, granite counters, a wood burning fireplace and a deck. It includes a queen bed and a queen pull out sofa, comfortably sleeping four.

The condo includes a queen bed and a queen sofa bed with a full kitchen and full bath. It is a first floor unit, so just three stairs and it’s just 2 miles from Beech Mountain, ski resort, The land of Oz and several restaurants.

Pinnacle Inn Resort
You must turn the water on/off at the water heater when you arrive and leave. This is a Beech Mountain city ordinance to protect pipes from bursting in the cold.
• No smoking or vaping inside.
• No pets allowed in community.
• Please be respectful and take care of the house as it was yours but enjoy yourselves!
• Respect the neighbors. No loud parties. Quiet time between 11pm and 8am
• Pool/Hot tub/fitness center hours 9:30am-10:00pm
• Tennis, Putt-Putt, Shuffleboard, Pickleball, basketball equipment can be rented free of charge at the HOA office Mon-Fri 9-5pm

UPON CHECK OUT:
• Please discard all leftover food, trash etc. and place in outdoor trash bin at the back of the resort.
• Place used towels and linens on floor so they know to clean them.
• Rinse any dishes and start the dishwasher.

Easy drive and parking access to slopes. Very small, eficiency, but had all i needed. Goid size for a couple. Jim was very nice and appreciate him respinding to questions. I woukd stay here again.

Great studio unit in Beech Mountain

Needed a place for my mom to stay so she could attend a wedding over the weekend. We loved the close proximity to Overlook Barn and beech mountain. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Getaway

We ran into a little snafu with the listing stating pets under 20 pounds allowed in one place and nopets allowed in another place. Upon booking, I left a message stating we were bring 2 dogs that were 10 pounds each. Since we hadn’t heard anything else, we brought our dogs. We checked in with no issues; the following day we found out that pets were not allowed. Thus, we had to quickly find other lodging. The host didn’t hesitate to make it right. Overall, it is a nice location and a great place for a couple wanting to get away and enjoy the mountain amenities nearby.

I am loving this new experience as a host and enjoy helping others vacation in style.

Why they chose this property

This complex has the most amenities of any condo complex on Beech. Skiing is right around the corner yet after you get done in the snow you can jump in the heated indoor pool, hot tub, steam room or sauna to warm back up. That's huge after a day on the slopes!
