It was a great place for a big family. Some of the beds squeaked but all were comfortable. We were able to get in the house a little earlier than 5 which was nice. Thanks

Great spot.Very clean.Hot tub was warm and ready to go.Beach access across the street.Great sunset views from the patio.Big master bedroom.Fun rainy day games in the garage.Quiet location.Great for a family.Only complaint would be the internet was not reliable enough to get some work done.I brought a Starlink and glad I did.I think this is a Lincoln city issue, not related tot he house.

Great space and easy access to beautiful beaches. Definitely check out God’s Thumb hike if the weather is nice. Beautiful!! And you can walk right from the house to the trailhead.

This was a disappointing rental. The pictures and listing made it seem like a great place. Upon arriving, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. Lots of dust, musty blankets, dirty carpet, sand on the floor, food crumbs wedged in the cracks of the dining table, etc. The Internet was also terrible. I had to disconnect from the Wi-Fi in order to do anything because it was so poor. We also discovered the second night that we couldn't watch anything on the TV because the Internet was so poor.We also discovered we couldn't use the grill because the dials were so corroded, they wouldn't turn. I've stayed in plenty of beach rentals, and I can deal with a certain level of "shabby chic." However, two factors made this stay unacceptable. First, the nightly rate we paid was exorbitant. For the price we paid, I'd expect a clean and functional property. Second, was the lack of communication. The second night, when we discovered more things that didn't work, I called the number provided in the welcome email. It went right to voicemail. Nobody ever called me back. I sent an email and messaged in the VRBO app. Nobody responded. It made me feel duped into renting this property, and that the management didn't care because they already collected my money. I would not recommend this property, and we won't stay again.

Close beach access

We enjoyed this house. Very large, too large for just me and my husband but we loved the main bedroom and its shower. Very short walk to the beach!

They charge additional fees (150.00)that are not listed to have pets even though it is listed that there will be NO additional fees and everything is included in the cost. They said they forgot to set up their account and then charged my credit card over the total amount due. They take forever to respond. I called 8 times in 2 days before he responded back. Cleanliness is super lacking. Found cigarette butts all over in the house and leftover dinner from the last persons stay on the counter.

The house was amazingly & there were rooms for everyone! Everything was clean & comfortable. Beautiful views. And we had lots of fun shooting baskets and playing hide & seek!!

Memorial Day Getaway

We had a great time. The view was spectacular. The overall cleanliness could have been better. The game room was missing air hockey pucks, a lot of the remotes had dead batteries and the TV’s had issues streaming. Overall the house was a great place to stay.

Unimpressed with the way our stay started. Communicated with the host about an early check in and said we were able to check in at 2pm, showed up and the house was a MESS. Not cleaned AT ALL and a smelly. Waited over 3.5 hours (past original check in time) for cleaners to show up and to clean the house while we were waiting outside in the cold for them to finish. Contacted Vrbo and they weren’t much help and not accommodating to us. Overall, house was alright just wished we started off our weekend better and the host was more attentive. Would not recommend.

Great view, location, and layout...

Great view, location, and layout, but the grill was broken and PacknPlay was missing its frame. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired...King bed was obviously not changed, but manager sent someone the next day. 2 of us slept in chairs

The location is perfect and the house is nice and big to accommodate 3 living spaces for our family. I also liked having a large table to sit at together. The garage had basketball and ping pong which was a draw for me with the kids but it needed to be cleaned. The foosball table was broken. A good sweeping would help and remove broken items or fix them. The main things like bedding and bathrooms were fine but the floors needed better cleaning.
