Ideal writer retreat, couples wanting privacy, or with one child and family dog! Secure outdoor area for bbq in season. Natural light with trees all around. Friendly family neighborhood only a block from National Forest, hundreds of miles of trails. All small house amenities you could wish for. Can be rented with the Mile High Getaway, a large venue, next door.

Wonderful gateway to work in

Peter is an amazing person with amazing stop for work or just to relax in. I just want to say "Thank you" so much for helping us out. It was beautiful there and we got to see snow! I really love that yellow house! I had fun and it was really something too. I very happy and had relaxing time there.
