The Mayor's House, 5 bedrooms, Modern Luxury Cabin

The mayor’s cabin is the ultimate quintessential location for all that Pine Mountain Club has to offer. This new cabin was built in 2021, has 5 bedrooms, and is almost 3,000 sq. ft. of modern luxury and detailed interior design. It is the ultimate place to stay for short or extended stays. From your front windows, you have a direct view of the brand-new Olympic size pool, tennis courts, golf course, and club house/restaurant that you can enjoy and walk back home.

Everything is so close that you will feel like the town mayor during your stay.

The town center, with the cute shops and additional restaurants, is just across the street as is the children’s park, churches, and general store. You will have guest access to the club house, golf course, lake, fishing, and archery range.

You will not need your car and hiking paths are walking distance too. Bring your bikes and fishing poles to pump up the fun. The home features luxurious and grand furnishings. The first floor has a big master bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. A second master bedroom features a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with a luxurious shower. A third bedroom has a single bed and single trundle bed. The living room is inviting with a large TV loaded with Netflix, Amazon Prime Movies, HBO Max, and Disney Plus. The kitchen contains with what you need and a coffee bar with various types of coffee makers. The table offers ample seating for 8 plus seating at the kitchen island.

The second floor is just as grand. You walk into a beautiful and large loft with lots of seating, loaded TV, games and puzzles. This is another area where families and friends can gather and enjoy spending time together . This floor offers a split bathroom and shower that is shared by two beautifully furnished bedrooms with queen beds. If you work from home, we offer four desks with office chairs.

Pine Mountain Club has a general store which is a basic grocery store, and also has some restaurants, and a gas station/auto shop. Also has some gift shops, couple of bars, etc. A larger market is 20 mins away in Frazier Park, as is the closest pharmacy (open on weekdays) and a hardware store. When coming to PMC understand that it is fairly remote and you should come prepared with Important things that you may not be able to get easily!

WINTER ALERT! In the winter months it snows here. Roads may get icy, even though the roads are well cared for by the town. There may be times where chains are needed if you do not have an all wheel drive vehicle. Check weather conditions in advance.

Power Outages

Power outages occur rarely but it has been known to occur since Kern County has been upgrading the electrical poles/lines. Please make sure you are prepared if you experience a slight power outage. We have flashlights if this should occur.

Propane Tank for BBQ Grill
We are not responsible if the BBQ Grill propane tank is empty so please feel free to bring an extra one in case the propane fuel is low. Refills also available in the PMC General Store. Please also cleanup after each use of the grill. Others will appreciate it.

Trash Transfer Station - The PMCPOA Transfer Site is the place where members and their guests take garbage and recyclables. It is open seven days a week. - Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. daily Open until 7 p.m. on Thursdays during the summer/warm months.
