OTHER THINGS TO NOTE/HOUSE RULES:
There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, record video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!
*No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home away from windows or doors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
*Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. The city is strict about maximum occupancy including visitors and we cannot allow more than the maximum guest count at any one time.
*Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. They are our utmost priority to continue to operate short term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will have one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent.
*Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. A party is defined by any more than the maximum amount of occupants in the home at any one time (guest maximum can be found in the listing). No refund will be given for nights unspent if we are forced to terminate the reservation due to a party. We want you to have a great time with up to the maximum number of guests in the house, including any visitors. This is a residential area and our neighbors rely on us not to disrupt the community. We want to continue to do short term rentals for a long time so please help us respect our neighbors.
*Please note while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters changed regularly, we may allow dogs at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs.
*No refunds will be given for COVID-19 or weather related cancellations including hurricanes. Please consider purchasing trip insurance that covers any unforeseen circumstances. Please note during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather.
*$75 per hour charge for not checking out on time. Please communicate if you need more time, if we can accommodate we will not charge a fee.
*If our property has a grill, please clean after use to avoid an extra $75 grill cleaning charge.
*Ice makers and fireplaces are an extra amenity and no refunds will be given if they are not functioning properly.
*To maintain a fair and comfortable environment for all guests, we ask that utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.) be used responsibly. If there is evidence of excessive utility consumption beyond normal use for the duration of your stay, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for the excess usage. These charges will be calculated based on actual costs incurred and will be billed to the guest.
*No paper towels or wipes (including flushable wipes) are allowed down the drains. If a plumber needs to fix an issue caused by the aforementioned items and reasons, the cost will be billed back to the guest.
*Guest agrees to complete a third party encrypted ID verification independent of the platform booked on for security purposes. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, host may cancel the reservation with full refund to the guest.
*Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds. If an issue is not addressed during the stay, no refunds will be provided.
*Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay. Days and times vary, please inquire if you need more specifics on when to expect these services to take place during your stay.
*Stays over 60 days will require a clean every 30 days included in your booking fee.
*An application, screening, signed lease and deposit is required for 90+ day rentals-please inquire for more details. Bookings over 90 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty.
*Please note that we do not provide shoveling or snow removal. Use caution in case of these situations, as we are not to be held liable.
PET RULES:
*House trained dogs over 1 year old that are pre approved are allowed! Please tell me about your dog before booking. The pet fee is $100 per 10 nights. For 30 day+ stays, fee is $250 per month. No cats allowed. Dogs must be crated when left unattended. Dogs must be supervised when in the backyard and may not be left in the backyard unattended. A $75 pet waste fee will be applied if pets are not cleaned up after. Dogs must be pre approved or a fine of double the pet fee per night will be applied.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was in a great location. One of the prior reviews stated that the location wasn't safe, but it felt safe to us. We'd definitely stay here again

If you want to be near the beach this is perfect
This little house was perfect for our family. About 20min away from everything, the aquarium, zoo, family's house, and 5min away from the beach. The beds were very surprisingly comfortable as well. .

It was a nice little 3 bedroom house. Very clean and ready to go. The beds were comfortable. The TV and washing machine worked good. The only issue we had was that the bathrooms need some new towel hangers and one bathroom has a vent fan that doesn’t work.

Prefect little house
Prefect little get-away house. Quiet neighborhood. Grocery and other stores within waking distance. House was very comfortable and spotless upon arrival. Plenty of space for a couple or small family. Host Sierra has a great communication. 5 stars.. Will book again.

Was here from SC for work. Stayed here for 11 days. No issues at all. The neighborhood was not what I expected. How ever it was quite at night with no issues. Many options to eat at without driving to far. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need. Would definitely stay here again. Was here from Dec 1-11. It was very cold and it snowed. Can’t wait to come back for the summer.

Clean and Cozy
Very clean. Small home but great use of space. Plenty of room for our family of four. Loved the provided amenities of laundry soap and coffee. Neighborhood was very quiet and neighbors were friendly. Check in and out was very easy. We had a small issue with a leak and the team was very communicative and fixed it ASAP. The only recommendation ihave is to maybe get a comfier/pullout couch. and

Not worth the miney
For the price this house needs many repairs and the neighborhood is very rundown with a trailer park right across the street. There is no parking at the trailer park so all the residents park in the street. Our first night there was some kind of party there with extremely loud music till late at night. I would not recommend this house, very over priced for the accommodations you receive.
