Great 4-bedroom home with large fenced in yard

Spacious and open concept house in a peaceful neighborhood makes it great for spending time with family. Just walking distance to the neighborhood park and basketball court. Earle Lake across the street has a beautiful walking/bike path that everyone can enjoy. 2.1 miles away from Buck Hill. Buck Hill has an awesome tubing hill for kids. This home is centrally located-20 minutes away from downtown/US Bank Stadium, only 18 minutes from MSP airport and Mall of America.
The space
Three bedrooms are upstairs which consist of two queen beds and one full bed. There is one large room downstairs that has a bunk bed with two full mattresses.
Other things to note
Please note that lawn and gardening services come once a week. They may come mow the grass or snow blow during your stay. Sprinklers run at 10:45pm

Dogs are allowed. Even though you may not be bringing a dog, and we have a professional cleaning company come after each stay there may be some lingering dog hair.

A shovel is available in the garage if needed.

Please roll garbage bins to the end of the driveway on Wednesdays. The city of does not allow us to keep them at the end of the driveway. We appreciate your cooperation.
