Welcome to this exquisite Beach Home in the coveted gated community of Niguel Shores. This home has been newly remodeled to include a beautiful, fully updated kitchen, new flooring, custom furniture and all the amenities you need to enjoy a luxurious vacation in the shores.

The office is completely separate from the bedrooms for maximum privacy and is equipped with a large flat screen monitor ready to easily plug into your laptop. Located off the Living Room and Master Bedroom is a large courtyard patio for outdoor dining and relaxing. The home features A/C for the hot summer nights and is a short walk - just a few blocks - from the beach bluff and private entrance to the beach, tennis and pickleball courts, swimming pool and jacuzzi.
