Cozy studio with private stair entry in quiet neighborhood. Just 10 minutes to Disney , Knott Berry farm. 20 minutes from Santa Ana or Long Beach Airport 40 minutes from LAX, 1H30 minutes to Beautiful San Diego, The house is Close to all Freeways access 405 , 22, 605 & 5.

Excellence central location border with Westminster, Garden Grove, Anaheim and Huntington beach, Just few miles to all famous attraction as Disneyland, Knott Berry Farm, Huntington Beach , close to shopping center, theater, restaurants and Little Saigon . You may enjoy with beautiful driving along the PCF coast HWY to visit Orange county beach city as New Port Beach, Laguna , San Clemente, Dana Point & San Juan Capistrano beach.

The Studio is spacious over 500 SQ with a Comfortable King Bed and a sofa set can be convert to a full bed , comfortable stay up to 3 adults or a family with 2 adults and 2 kids , nice décor with nice Dining set and Kitchen plus well stocked , 65 Inches smart TV. Board games and portable Karaoke .
Guests can use washer & dryers (at the garage) for any booking over 3 nights with free of charge .

ice little place for a great price! located in close proximity to highways, shopping and of course Disney! great for couples as the pull out couch isn’t much to want to sleep on. in my opinion.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Studio was spacious and clean. Looking forward to staying again next time we visit Disney.

Amazing Accommodations

This property is such a great find! It is very clean, has everything you need and more, it’s a great location/quiet neighborhood and easy access to everything. I highly recommend staying here when in California. We will definitely stay here again in the future, we were very impressed!!

Lovely studio!!

Place was lovely, clean and convenient. Communication with Dan and Leslie was effortless and they were very accommodating letting me check-in 2 hours early. Location is convenient for most south LA activity. Would stay again.

The first 2 nights were OK. On the 3rd night we lost power. The unit was above a garage, and there were lights on in the house. We waited for hours, all time time I was reaching out to the host. The power never came back on. Then I call the VRBO help line, and waited for hours to get the problem resolved. I'm sure that you have all the documentation. We had to pack up in the dark and leave.

Make sure and check for extra instructions from the host when you check in, because the door to the unit is a little hard to find. The pictures the host sends when you check in will show you right where it is. They also show exactly where to park.

The studio was clean and had lots of things for cooking (electric tea kettle, air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, pots and pans)! Dual rain/handheld shower was lovely and relaxing. Parking place and VERY clear and easy check in instructions definitely a plus!!
