This was a great place to stay. No complaints, the river is beautiful. We did not drive down the hill in our Elantra, but we probably could have. We would stay here again.

My wife, our golden retriever and I were here 4 nights. The location was perfect for our needs with privacy and a peaceful view of the river. The property was clean and comfortable. Some reviews mentioned the driveway. It was bumpy at the top but didn't present any problem for us.We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Our stay on the river

This was a wonderful location. The host family made us feel so welcome. The views were spectacular especially in the morning with fog hanging over the river and the sun rising over the trees.

Perfect Getaway

My husband, kids (12 & 15), and I had a wonderful stay. Property was quiet and private, yet 15-20 min from all the activities we had planned. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and the property had everything we needed.

Well, all the reviews I saw said how clean it was. It was not clean. There were spiderwebs everywhere it didn’t look like it was cleaned. There was bugs in the cups that were hanging. The property itself was beautiful. The road getting down and up was atrocious. If you were driving a car, there’s no way you could get down or up that road. I barely made it. I have an SUV.

Pet friendly and nice location right on the River. Driveway needs an SUV to get to barn and water pressure was low at best. Everything else was great!

The barn apartment was perfect for our visit to Knoxville. The property is beautiful and quiet (right on the river), and an easy drive to downtown. The owners are delightful and the property manager easy to work with. We would happily stay here again!

Cozy Barn retreat with River fun and fireflies

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! It was perfect for our family of three and our dog. Our son had a great time playing by the river and catching fireflies at night. The barn was cozy and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We hope to return soon!

It was great waking up every morning and enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the river. Our yellow lab loved taking dips in the river and chasing the ball in the wide open field around the barn.

Calm and peaceful

My 13 year old and I came for a mother/daughter weekend and a concert in Knoxville. We both absolutely LOVED this property. It’s so peaceful and beautiful. Far away enough to have serenity but close enough to everything. We will definitely be back.
