North Las Vegas

The home and location were good. The cleanliness and condition of the home were average, the listing states that it is a luxury property. Initially communication with the host was very good, but following check in, we were unable to communicate with host or have questions answered. It's a decent place to lay your head, but a little pricey for the accommodations. Also was informed at checkout that a $59 insurance policy was required to book. This is not stated in the pricing or property description.

Pipe burst, ruining my stay, givibg my family nowhere to go and homeowner is trying to blame me

The property was alright but a pipe burst in the middle of the night. Maintenance came and said that the pupe had broken before and been fixed poorly. VRBO can't book same day so i had nowhere to go and had to cut my stay sorry and go home early. I got the last 2 days refunded but am out the taxes/fees and insurance. Then the owner tried to claim against the insurance staying that is damaged the property.
