BEACH HOUSE "El Sargo" Playa San Francisco, Piriapolis Pet-Friendly!

Perfect location steps from the beach in Punta Fría! Located just 1.5 blocks from Playa San Francisco in Piriapolis. 2 bedrooms/1 bath can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. There's a wonderful large BBQ area to enjoy with family & friends in the back. The large yard in the front and back of the house is a beautiful space to enjoy the outdoors. Entire perimeter of the property is fenced in and a maximum of 2 pets are welcome! We just ask that you let us know if you plan on bringing a pet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave, full sized refrigerator, electric water kettle, coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, blender, oil-free popcorn machine, bowls, plates, cups, wine glasses, pots, pans, silverware, and BBQ equipment. We do not provide wood for the BBQ.

Both bedrooms have A/C units.

The living room has a wood burning fireplace, Smart TV which is fiber optic Wifi connected (with Youtube, Netflix, & Disney+), and a sofa.
