Enjoy our beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths end unit townhome with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and amazing views of the Gulf and the Sound. Just a short walk across the street to the beach and a fantastic walking and bike trail right out the front door. Begin your relaxation, kick up your feet and unwind on our white sandy beaches and emerald green waters. The master bedroom has walkout balcony with views of the gulf and is equipped with a King size bed and in the guest room there is a king bed and a walkout balcony with amazing views of the Santa Rosa Sound waterway.

This property features a fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, beautiful wood floors through out, linens, washer/dryer, outside shower, single car carport, wireless, cable, patio chairs and umbrella. New large sun deck off the dining room with chaise lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the sun, patio table and chairs. You are sure to enjoy relaxing on any one of the 3 private balconies while listening to the sound of the crashing waves or enjoying the peaceful night breeze. Navarre Beach will truly be your vacation of choice after staying with us at Pelican's Roost.

The Pelicans Roost had everything we needed. We stayed during Thanksgiving and although didn't get to enjoy the beautiful beach a lot (cold & windy) we enjoyed the location. Hope to come back in the Spring!
Santa stopped by for a visit during our Thanksgiving stay!

Clean property, great location!

Great location and views with Gulf and Sound only a minutes walk away! Home was clean and kitchen was was a great space and had everything we needed.

Right way to bring in the New Year!

This property was exactly as advertised. Love the decks going around the property. Just across the street from the Public Access to the beach. Clean, pleasantly decorated and detailed instructions regarding check in and check out. Looking forward to staying here again!!!

Great little get away

Very clean and roomy with convenient location to beach. Looked as if it had been recently remodeled and had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, umbrella,beach wagon and beach towels). Would highly recommend. Only suggestion would be a little better grill.

Great stay in Navarre beach.

The property was comfortable, quiet, with lots of room. The property has a great kitchen, and a lovely side deck where you can spend time in the afternoons and evenings. A few minor things that didn’t work but overall a great stay.

Pet friendly with a view!

We had a relaxing two week stay with our dog. The property was clean and spacious with views of the ocean from the front and a view of the sound in the back. The location was great! It's very close to public beach access, just a couple of miles from local restaurants and the pier, and about 15 minutes from a nearby dog beach! The hosts were very nice and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed with Navarre Sands twice now and both times this property was amazing. This is the perfect location, nestled in a more narrow part of the island between the gulf and the sound. The house is perfect and has everything you need to make a beautiful seafood dinner! Well equipped with beach items, we were happy to have found the wagon to carry our things to enjoy the gorgeous gulf waters.

You have a gulf and sound view from the porch. The beds are comfortable and the place is clean. There’s a public lot across the street that you can easily access. We didn’t have our dogs this time but we did our last stay. It’s nice to bring our pups.

Location, Location, Location

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It doesn't get any better than this. Cross the street and you are on the beach. Walking and bicycle paths just in front of the property makes this a most convenient beach house and it contains all the amenities you could ask for. Decks front and rear for sunshine or shade any time of day. Diana is a most helpful and caring real estate agent and treats her guests like family. Small, comfy and extremely clean. What's not to like?

Nice condo with short walk to beach

Pros Short walk to beach. Just down and across from a beach access. Had every thing you needed for the beach. Chairs, beach cart, small umbrella, boogie boards, pool noodles, ect. Nice walking and biking trail along road. Cons On main road so road noise at times but usually stops by 8-9pm. Outside water faucet was broken so had to use neighboring condo to rinse off. Older condo so fewer electrical outlets, you might want to bring a power strip if you have lots of gadgets to keep charged

Lovely location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location and we love that it is pet friendly. The living room furniture needs replacing. The couch is a worn out sleeper sofa that no longer converts to a sleeper and instead has a piece of plywood under the cushions that are so worn you can feel the plywood. The larger chair is comfortable enough but the two wicker chairs are not at all and one doesn’t have a properly fitted cushion in it. If this condo had comfortable furniture in the main room, it would be perfect for us! We had a nice stay but likely won’t rent this unit again until living room furniture has been updated. Kitchen is well equipped and bedrooms are nice.

Could be a great rental

There were a few things that really affected our stay that are easy fixes by the owner/property manager. The bedrooms need black out curtains, the sun woke us up too early every morning and we had an infant baby who couldn’t nap because the rooms were too bright. The kitchen really needs a Keurig coffee maker. The toilets all need to be updated, they are very low and people these days are not used to that. The decor and maintenance need a little TLC. The positives are the location , other than the Keurig the kitchen is fairly well equipped and it is nice to have laundry on the second floor with the bedrooms. We felt that it was overpriced based on the proximity to the beach and these items. We have rented many units in the area so we do have something to compare it to

Outdated, not clean, overpriced

PROS: Included beach toys, chairs, wagon, umbrellas, beach towels, you name it. Didnt need to bring anything for beach. We determined that the Keurig and beach wagon that were included were not there but the response from the host/management, Diana, was immediate and most impressive! She brought a brand new wagon and brand new kuerig within a few hours of reporting it. The bathtub stopper in the master would not seal and she also brought a drain cover which was a quick solution and worked for us. Overall it had everything we needed to get by with no major issues. CONS: VERY VERY outdated, furnished with random furniture. Only actual furniture "set" was the LR couch and oversized chair and both were worn well beyond an acceptable state. Description says no fold out couch, which due to the state of couch is partially accurate. There was a piece of plywood covering what was the fold out bed, which creeped me out enough to not investigate further. There was only one other living room chair and it was wicker and not comfortable. The TH had a general feel of dirty, grounds included. Chairs in the pictures were not on any patio, but did find one in the bushes. Inside had a strong odor of dust and mothballs so we had to buy candles, and every ceiling fan had an inch of dust. Bathrooms only included 4 bath towels, 2 wash clothes, 2 hand towels so laundry was required daily. No nice soaps or other toiletry items, no bath rugs. One side of vanity was stuffed with random BR stuff and couldnt be used. 2nd BR had window unit, washer spin cycle was violent and loud regardless of what we did to fix. All window coverings throughout the rental were shear or light colored so sun is blazing into every room. We had to buy black sheets to cover windows in order to sleep past 5:30-6am. Overall the service response was fantastic, but TH wasnt clean, didnt meet our general expectations and way overpriced compared to other options. We will not be staying there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the rental overall, check in was a breeze and the people at the company were awesome to work with and very responsive! We thoroughly enjoyed the outside space/decks they are new and extremely nice and great space. The unit overall is older and needs some TLC. The outside appeared taht it was a while since anyone had stayed..over grown and unkept. Inside the bathrooms are dated and the furniture is less than great. Not much seating for a family of 4 even and very worn out in general. The upstair front bedroom matress was a torture hard and the pillows were bricks, we would not stay here again for this reason. But it was very clean and the kitchen was perfect and well stocked!

Townhouse was wonderful and everything exactly as described! Very clean and lovely home, we put the deposit for bikes, kayak, and paddle board and thoroughly enjoyed them! Navarre is an awesome place to hang out on the beach! Grands had the best time ghost crabbing at night too! The water had a small bit of seaweed and a lot of June grass but we had a Blast! Thanks, we enjoyed your lovely home!!!
