Le damos la bienvenida a Windsor Hills una hermosa comunidad residencial ubicado a pocos minutos de las atracciones de Orlando y un corto viaje a la playa. La casa club Windsor Hills Resort cuenta con una gran piscina de estilo laguna con un tobogán de agua y bañera de hidromasaje, un parque infantil, gimnasio, voleibol de arena, baloncesto y pistas de tenis, un movimiento de teatro de 40 asientos y sala de videojuegos. Gracias por considerar este 5 dormitorios y 5 baños casa de vacaciones muy bien amueblado y decorado con privado proyectado en la piscina y spa ti. Esta casa cuenta con 3 master suites con camas king size y 2 habitaciones con 2 camas individuales cada uno. Cada habitación tiene su propia televisión. El salón tiene un televisor de 46 "pantalla plana con reproductor de sonido envolvente 5. 1 Blu-ray / DVD. La gran mesa de comedor con capacidad para 8 así lo permitan las comidas en familia. Hay una sala de juegos con mesa de billar, hockey de aire y el sistema de juego de Wii. Hay wi-fi gratuito para asegurarte de estar conectado. Great House - we had some issues - should be great now that a lot of issues have been fixed

The positives. Great house, well stocked, all hard surface floors, comfortable beds, space for a large family(s). Pool area is very nice and the deck furniture comfortable. Enjoyed the well appointed kitchen and choices of dining areas. Loved that each bedroom had it's own bath. Very clean/no issues with checking in at gate or house. Our party: us, the grandparents, 3 adult children and one adult grandchild. They all live in Orlando and were to join us the first night.Challenges: upon arrival the upstairs was 91. The ac for the 2nd floor wasn't working. This kept our locals from joining us the first night. We contacted Global and they sent out someone who put in coolant, told us there is a leak and he didn't have approval to fix it and he thought it would hold for our 6 night stay. Also reported ceiling fan in one master that would only run at slow speed. They sent someone to replace it but it still only ran on slow speed. 2 days later - ac upstairs goes out again. We reported and waited. By the time he came, Global was trying to get us to move to another property. We had almost completely packed when the ac guy got the leak repaired and assured us it should last the rest of our trip.Addl. issues: advertised ac in gameroom didn't work (was not fixed during stay) could not use.The spa drained all water out (fixed), squirrel got in pool screen hole (fixed), one toilet handle defective (fixed).Request comp for two nights - got one.

Property was very clean and spacious. All rooms were setup as described. The wait for check in at the Entrance Gate took little longer than expected 20-25 minutes.

We had a great time

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. This pet friendly home was very clean and very well cared for and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Global as always, made it easy for us and was able to accommodate our simple request without issue. Windsor Hills is as beautiful as ever. They work very hard in that community to keep it clean and manicured and it shows.

Great home to vacation in Disney with the family !

The gated community is beautiful and so close to Disney! The home is well equipped with all necessary appliances, furniture and entertainment games. The cleaning crew need to pay more attention to the dust, kitchen and rugs and floors also need more cleaning.

Family Fun

Good property for a family. All suites is great plus. Downstairs master suites were nice with nice shower. Beds comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen. Trouble with the patio door as others mentioned. Nearly impossible to lock and unlock. Door does not slide smooth. Nice location to Disney. Enjoyed the hot tub. Had some issues with entrance security, not the smoothest process. Fitness center was small and not much equipment. Parking was an issue because of the size of the driveway. If you have 3 cars they don't fit without blocking the sidewalk, which is not allowed. Can't park in the street. Had to park a car parallel to the street, between sidewalk and street to fit 3 cars. Overall, would stay here again. Management company was great to work with. Super fast to respond to every question.

Everything was available for our needs in the kitchen, beds were comfortable. Loved disney parks, grocery /shopping center were all in close proximity. Excellent and spacious. Would stay again in a heartbeat😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

Great stay, one major dispute

The home was very accommodating. One day into our trip we’re waken up at 6:45 by roofers on the house next door. By afternoon I had a pounding headache and called management. I was informed there was nothing they could do, and houses need roofs sometimes. They banged away until 7:00 pm. (But on my vacation!!!) after several messages to management and negative solution I demanded to speak with manager. He too reiterated there was nothing he could do, house belonged to someone else. Somehow they stopped the following day, just worked two hours in evening. I’m not sure if roofers just stopped or management was responsible. It was so bad I wanted to leave and get refund. Just heads up, not good.

Great place but pool safety is lacking

The house is great but the gate around the pool cannot be locked and both doors to the area cannot be locked. Anyone can get into the pool. That leads to disaster. Upon arriving, we found we were at the wrong gate to enter. Instructions didn’t specify where to go to enter the property. Had to drive around until we got to the right gate Tried to call the office and was in the auto phone circle of hell with no way of contacting anyone with our gate dilemma. So glad we were able to find it on our own

Great stay for our family and our Doodle!

We had a great time at this property. The house was big enough for our family of 6 (and our doodle) to get our own space when needed and had plenty of family spaces available for that together time that we so needed. A few extra towels would have been nice, but the washer/dryer makes that not such a big issue. The mattresses could all use replacing, but it wasn't so bad that my middle age back was aching or anything. Just noticeably dipping. The pool was great and the heater was definitely not needed in the summer! (Unless you want it for the hot tub!) We didn't even go to the community pool because the convenience of this one was just perfect. Not to mention the pool table and air hockey in the garage! That was a great selling item for my younger kiddos.The location of this property can't be beat. It is around the corner from Disney property and took less than 10 minutes to get to Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. I will say that the Walmart down the street is a zoo! I only braved that once and visited a Publix and a CVS down the street for incidentals after that. Would love to visit again. Highly recommend! It would've been nice to know ahead of time that there was an issue with the dryer. As luck would have it, the day we needed to use it, someone showed up to fix it. They gave it a temporary fix by disconnecting something, but I found that it actually only remained on and working if you set it on one particular setting. Once I found that out by trial and error, it was fine, but it was a little frustrating until then.

Good size house for families but could use some improvement

The house was a great size for a big family vacation. Every couple/family group had its own room and bathroom. Kitchen was stocked with essentials and living area is a good size. The floors in the common areas could use a better cleaning as our feet were full of dirt from walking around the first night. The master bath was dirty. We had issues with the ac in the same master, it did not cool the room it was muggy. Also the WiFi has a password and we could not access the internet. We called and reset it but could not get on. Service in that area was bad. The dryer kept turning off every 10 mins. It took a whole day to dry clothes and it was still damp. Also the blinds were broken in the living room. We suffer from allergies so it may have been the carpet that aggravated it but there was a lot of dust in the house. We woke up coughing with sore throats and our eyes itching.

Nicely appointed home

The home was attractive and well layed out. The pool at the home was beautiful. The resort itself was nice, nothing spectacular. However, we found the home to have several defects that needed/need repairs, and we outlined those in several emails to the staff. We took pictures of everything in the house so that we get our damage deposit returned. We would consider returning to this home if the needed repairs are made.

Family vacation

Overall this was an excellent stay. There was some issues with excessive bugs and squirrels in the pool area due to rips in the screens outside. Other than that, I enjoyed the house and all it’s space and amenities. I think it was a very family centered home which was exactly what I was looking for. The management team is very accommodating and attentive to all concerns. Great gated community with excellent security system at the gates which gave me peace of mind for safety with my children. Will absolutely come back! Thank you!
